My team and I stayed at the Westin for 2 weeks while traveling for business in the region. I was blown away by the level of service and how attentive, helpful and friendly the staff was. Seeing Irma, Mary and Klarense for breakfast at the Nasmat poolside restaurant was the perfect way to start the day, they are the best staff on the island, absolutely amazing, 5 star service. My guy Amar with housekeeping was extremely friendly, fast and always available, my room was spotless. High end service all the way around. I highly recommend the Westin and their staff.

The Westin City Centre in Bahrain is probably THE best hotel that i have ever stayed at the in the middle east in terms of hospitality, fantastic food and services. I work as a vip corporate jet flight attendant, and the food, packaging, quality of ingredients and services were just top notch. They even organised flowers for me at a very reasonable price, and were even able to post the outsourced flowers to my room so that the payment transactions would be more fluid upon checkout. The catering was ready even before the time i had specified, perfectly packaged, perfect presentations! Aside from that the rooms are all very clean, large, beautiful bathrooms with green live bamboo so it really makes you feel that you are not trapped in a box. The windows are all large and catch lots of lights, with amazing really effective total blackout curtains that you don't need to clip together with extra hair clips haha, they overlap each other so you can be guaranteed a good night and morning's sleep. The hotel is also situated inside the biggest mall in bahrain, city centre mall, which has almost all the major brands you can think of including a huge carrefour supermarket so makes shopping and having dinner at the food courts etc very practical! Views are lovely and the beds are just sooo comfortable. Since i am a platinum member who does follow a specific dietary lifestyle (vegan, plant-based, soy allergies and feather allergies), i was soooo relieved to see that upon checking into my room all the feathered bedding had already been changed to cotton/foam, therefore i did not have to wait an extra hour for housekeeping to come and change out my bedding for me! The executive lounge and breakfast staff had already been informed of my dietary requirements and the chefs and staff went to extra efforts to make sure that i had vegan meals available to me every night at the lounge and every morning at breakfast. Truly they have won my heart! In addition to this, the guest services manager, Mr. Adnan, knew that i absolutely love Bahraini coffee and i was thrilled to find the most beautiful tray in my room complete with a gorgeous brass traditional arabic coffee pot filled with the delicious coffee, dates, almond cookies, and a beautiful fruit basket! Hospitality unprecedented by any commercial hotels i have stayed at thus far!
