Its really really super hotel.. perfect service …and the more nice its the staff and specially ali alkhabaz thank you so much for all your extra service for us now i know why i read your name a lot .. and thank you all
This is such an utterly fabulous hotel that I hardly know where to start! The all-suite rooms are spacious and comfortable with ample charging points and 2 USB points by each side of the bed (plus plug socket). There is a coffee maker with beans provided so you get a really decent in-room coffee! The furniture is comfortable and homely but in a really stylish way! Beautifully done rooms! The bed was super comfortable, and bedding of a really high quality. The shower had two options of rainfall or the usual shower head. The shower cap came with a bobble (a small thing, but important for ladies with longer hair and was appreciated). The attention to detail was fantastic. There is no milk provided for coffee, but they brought it to the room instantly when requested, and there is a fridge where I was able to store some for later. The restaurant is probably the nicest hotel restaurant I've ever had the pleasure to eat at! Being a boutique hotel it doesn't have the austere feel of the big 5* hotels, but it equally doesn't lose any of the class or quality by being smaller. The crockery matched the theme of the garden style rooftop terrace restaurant, and the glassware had a really nice feel to it. It feels unbelievably comfortable while simultaneously feeling special. It was beautiful up there even without a view! The restaurant staff are fantastic. And again, being a boutique hotel, the staff remember you and your preferences the following day, which makes you feel valued and welcome. The food was absolutely 5* (we had dinner and breakfast). The reception staff are also utterly superb, making you feel like you are welcome and nothing will be too much trouble in your stay with them. The valet service for the car was seamless. The pool is more of a 'dip' pool than for swimming, and wasn't open at the time we visited. But it looked a nice place to while away an afternoon when restrictions decrease. There is a beautiful 'library' area on the first floor mezzanine over reception which would be lovely to while away some time chatting with coffee and we regretted not doing this ourselves after going to have a look at it just before we left! Being Ramadan during our visit, only the rooftop restaurant was open so I can't comment on other facilities. I think this hotel would be great for couples wanting to explore the area and then return to a really special hotel at the end of the day. It would also be my first choice for a business hotel, as it gives such a comfortable feeling which is often lacking when you're away for periods of time in 'mainstream' hotels. We went with our teenage daughter (who had her own suite much to her delight!) and loved exploring the market (2 mins walk away) when it came alive at night.…
Location is perfect, rooms are a comfortable. Absolutely recommend this place. The staff is very friendly and they made our stay very comfortable. Centrally located very close to city center close to the airport
We stayed one night in tbe urban suite it was 45 Square meter and more than enough for 2 people the breakfast next day at indigo was unique i love it .. thanks to Victor, and the reception Ali alkhabaz
I came here for a birthday getaway, and did not regret choosing this hotel one bit! It was the best decision I've ever done. It's also located in the best location where all the malls and places were just a few minutes away from us!
One of the most beautiful restaurants ever and keep it and the staff are great and one of the best workers ever I will visit it every day. Igor, Ranjeet and Jishnu are very kind and attentive. One of the most memorable experience.
Nice facility... Amazing bar with good vibes... The staff are great and the food in just outstanding... This has to be one of the best places to stay in Bahrain... The only thing that missing is a swimming pool and a view.. If you can live without it then this place is for you
In the heart of Bahrain, this is an absolute oasis of a hotel. The staff could not do enough for us. Our suite was exceptional, the food second to non and the art work just incredible. I wish I could have stayed longer but I know this will be my go to place on our return to Bahrain.
A great place for breakfast, lunch and romantic dinner. The food is really good and the staff are very service oriented. We had our breakfasts and dinner. The food is delicious with fresh ingredients.
The worst experience in Bahrain.. hotel is neat and nice but the staff service is terrible. Asian lady in reception asked me to cancel my reservation and find another hotel when I complained about their service.. my check in time was at3 p.m and we had to wait till 6 p.m to have our rooms ready! Not recommended at all.
