This place does not have 2 outdoor heated pools as advertised. When asked, management responded with different answers. Also, COVID was used as an excuse to not transport people, yet Uber and public transportation is still permitted.

This hotel was so quiet and peaceful. The decor of the room is to die for. The technology and cleanliness was wonderful. Although we stayed just 1 night It is now 1 of my favorite hotels!! The staff was unbelievably friendly and nice. Just so you know this hotel does not serve alcohol, but it is so worth the stay. Loved it

Hope that there will be more coordination between staff.. Overall the experience was very good.. Just hoping that the rooms are soundproof as we can hear people from the lobby while inside the room. Thanks!

I usually don’t write reviews but I had to for this bad experience. Started out with a pleasant experience. Check in was fine and the room looked great. First thing we notice was the electronic curtains were not working. Second thing we notice was the sink was broken and it was collecting water, I guess this stuff can happen in a five star hotel so we just brushed it off and asked them to fix it. Third day in, we asked for the room to be cleaned, gladly I was in the room to see the duvet when the cover was taken off. A Huge yellow urine looking stain in the duvet that I’ve been sleeping in for 2 nights. Really disgusting. The room keeping tried to brush it off as nothing and quickly attempted to take the duvet and change it. Not before I took a picture. I’ve seen documentaries on how bad hotel cleanliness is but never believed it until I saw it in my own eyes. The hotels attempt to say sorry was to “upgrade” us from junior suite on the 15th floor to a junior suite in the 24th floor. So basically they were just changing our room. Appalling hotel in cleanliness and how they handled the situation. Had to check out early, did not feel comfortable sleeping in something that quite possibly could have been stained in urine. …

Luxurious. Very unique design. We were going to stay here until Kuwait opens its borders after closure due to new corona strain. * Its unfortunate for a hotel that considers itself a five star to not care about cleanliness. This incidence happened during corona pandemic were cleanliness is a top priority even for budget hotels. My friend found out the duvet he was using had what seemed to be urine stain (see picture). This is simply disgusting! They offered free dinner and change of room to compensate. However, we are unsure if their food is clean after questioning their hygeine measures. They refused full refund. So we decided to take refund for remainder of reservation and left. Our embassy provided us with accomodation until borders open. Note: - There is no heat only AC. - You cant stream Netflix, Amazon prime .. etc.…
