I frequently travel to Riyadh for business and often stay at the Al Faisaliah Hotel. As a female traveler to the country, it is important to me that I stay at a hotel that I feel at home. Al Faisaliah Hotel is that place. The hotel staff is eager to help (sometime a bit too eager) and the mood is...

Had a very nice multi night say at Al Faisaliah. The hotel complex itself is huge, well located and tucked back nicely to stay off the main road. The decor is very nice and rooms are comfortable- both standard rooms and the suites. The level of personalized service is what sets this place apart. From the door men thru the...

My visit to Al Faisalaih was up to its normal very high standards. I enjoyed the hospitality and the excellent facilities. The staff really honour of their way to help the guests. The rooms are beautifully furnished and a spell in the pool is just what is needed at the end of a busy day.

A fabulous room - with a separate lounge 2 bathrooms, butler service, bog comfy bed and tall, tall ceilings, lovely. The breakfast was really good, and the staff eager and helpful. A nuisance getting your bags scanned each time you enter the hotel, but overall a great hotel.

Facilities around the Hotel allowed me to enjoy my stay, on top of the smiling and so welcoming Hotel employees. Every single person i have exchanged with, knew my name, and was kind enough to assist whenever needed. The hotel is beautiful, and allows discrète and relaxing stay. Much recommended.

Have stayed here the last time in 2014. The rooms are nothing much to shout about but the butlers are great. Friendly and efficient. Location wise not bad either as round the corner is a nice shopping mall. The Italian restaurant La Cucina is pretty good with some very authentic Italian menu. Room technology is not very useful and efficient.

This is an amazing building, iconic is the word. The hotel is no longer run by rosewood which it used to be. The food is very disappointing, they have no gluten free offerings at lunch or breakfast. This hotel is desperately in need of renovation, the shower heads are old and rusty. The staff are friendly. The rooms spacious though...
