Breakfast, lunch, and dinner were quite good, they have sambal (Indonesia' chili sauce), room was narrow (we couldnt put our 4 luggages), there was one time the water wasnt working at all. We need to hike to the hotel, it was really tiring but they provide free shuttle car to and from the hotel (but u can't predict the time)....

The bell boys couldn't stop starring at women, even if they were veiled, even if it was my own wife. The waiting staff are mostly rude. The room key card needed reprogramming three times, it was really inconvenient during my Umrah trip especially. The iftar/suhoor was buffet style, the space for eating was tiny. Real Saudi standard! It was okay,...

We stayed here as a family of 3 for 4 nights in December 2016. We were given a 4 bed room. Also the room was spacious and had nice clean white bedding. The bathroom was a little small. It was clean enough for a few days stay. But there were no towels provided. Luckily we took our own. So this...

The hotel is on a steep hill, which is very trying to walk up on a hot day, they do have a biggie service to help with the walk however, not enough buggies during busy seasons. Nice staff, lifts are the slowest thing I have seen in any hotel, at least a 10 min wait for a lift when you...

Stayed in this so called four star hotel for Umrah. Had a quadruple room with absolutely no place for praying. Very unhygienic and dirty toilets with open drains and awful smell. Broken toilet seats. No leg room to walk between the beds. Claimed free wifi available which was only limited to corridors and reception. Limited choice of tasteless breakfast including...

Booked here with the family as we were told its a 4 stare...Imagine our shock when we arrive and its a horrible hotel which does not even deserve one star. We booked 2 family rooms- 4 sleeper. We were given 2 normal rooms -2sleeper and they just stuffed 2 extra beds in. We couldn't even walk properly as the room...

I was told this hotel was a four star by the booking agent and it really is no where near. I had four elderly people with me and the hotel was on a hill which was really steep and impossible to get up without several rests. The hotel do have a free bus which takes you up and down the...

I stayed there for 5 nights but sadly I couldn't find any single positive impression of this hotel.ist of all who has given this hotel 4 stars.this is a low grade 3star hotel.not recommended with children and elderly. The complimentary breakfast was really below the standard. Only Arabic dishes though most of the visitors were not Arabs. There was not...
