Went for last few days of Ramadan. Other hotels were either packed or just too expensive (£300 a night) so got this hotel although it was expensive too (~£130 for a double bed) but still a lot cheaper than other 5-star hotels. But this isn't really a 5-star. Staff is nice. They were flexible in changing my dates and also... More

We went for Umrah during Ramadan. Unfortunately, the hotel is not what is described on the website. It is for sure not 5 stars as claimed. Neither the furniture, the style of the rooms, the facilities, breakfast, nor the service is 5 stars. 1. The hotel is on a steep hill, it is not easy access. It is not known... More

The room was very small with old furniture, an old TV set.The room is dark so is the hallways They advertise themselves are Five star but in fact they are more 2+ after all Mercure in Europe is 4 star. The Restaurant is in a pathetic situation. The... More

No on in this place knows what they are doing. You can trust no one, simply no one. My first night was booked through tripadvisor based on the reviews of some of the other travellers. Although I had plans of staying in Makkah for 3 days but decided to just book for one night in this hotel and extend my... More

I stayed here after my whole family and I got turned away from the Saudi check in desk. So we had an unplanned extra week. Since I hadn't budgeted for an extra week I had to find somewhere quick and cheap. Was really surprised with this, given the cost of Al Massa hotel and its shabbyness and poor quality of... More

Stayed 3 nights in Ramadhan in which this was by far the cheapest hotel available for the class. the hotel claims it is 5 stars but I would say it is a comfortable 4 star hotel; maybe 5 star for Saudi standard but not really international standard. Paid about $100 a night for a twin room while other hotels were... More
