We stayed for 5 nights and we're very happy with the hotel. Pros include: - modern/new feeling - clean - convenient location to many sites - lots of free parking - easy to find - great shower (water pressure) - mini fridge in room - English tv channels - elevator - close walking distance to sites in Madaba (about 5...

We picked Madaba as a great central location for several day trips in Jordan, and the Mosaic City Hotel ended up being a very good base of action. The people at the front desk were good at providing us with driving instructions that helped with our day trips. We stayed there for 3 nights at the beginning of our trip,...

Clean place, friendly staff, close to St. George church, even packed us couple of breakfast since we left very early in the morning. Has a restaurant/bar in the hotel, ,didn't use it but seems very nice.

We were only here for an evening but the staff were very kind. The room was comfortable and very clean. You know these people are trustworthy - I actually left my iPad in the bed here (I still can't believe it) and realized it later that day when we were already at the Dead Sea. I called and they held...

In total we spend 4 nights at Mosaic City Hotel : 3 at the beginning of our holidays and 1 night at the end. The hotel is very well located : 25min from the airport, walking distance from the restaurants and the points to visit. The room and the bath room have plenty of space. People are very helpful. All...

Spent several days at the Mosaic Hotel in mid-April. Staff were friendly, personable and efficient. Check-in was easy, even though we arrived at around 1:00a.m. Front desk people helpful and well-informed - provided information about things to do and arranged taxi trips to nearby places to visit, Everything was spotlessly clean, including breakfast room, bar and bedrooms. The breakfast was...

Mosaic City Hotel is clean and modern, with big rooms and comfortable beds. It is in a good location a few minutes walk from the centre of town with restaurants and the historical sites. Breakfast is good quality and plentiful. They have a large car park round the side of the hotel away from the main street. Bar looked ok,...

Room tiled throughout and spotless; comfortable bed, bathroom sparklingly clean. Very impressed that we got the room for a budget price (possibly because the view was not wonderful from our room - but that's not what we wanted the room for). Included a Jordanian breakfast (very nice). Helpful staff (made a phone call on my behalf to car hire company)....

Very nice staff who tolerated our late check in and late appearance for breakfast. Nice bar area to relax and teenagers took advantage of pool table and darts. Able to arrange transfers with good drivers. Nice welcome to Jordan.

In the heart of this city where Christian and Muslim share a peaceful life, Mosaic hotel is the best place to rest in a family ambiance. Close of all holy places inside the city, you will find this hotel managed by a sympathetic family, this hotel is very comfortable, clean. Food is basic but good quality.
