We arrived at the hotel with our tour operator Nader who had made the bookings. Check in was quick we were shown to our room. The bedroom was average size comfortable bed and good bedding However the shower bathroom was so tiny and out dated and needs some refurbishment. It needed a good clean and was disappointing the kitchen lounge area had worn out furniture with tears in the leather. But we rarely used anything as we were out most of the day. We did ask for some better room but they said that was the best in the hotel. There was some refurbishment going on another floor. Quite noisy outside at night with the traffic but we managed. Breakfast was not exciting. Basic stuff with one choice of cereal and if we were little Late and something was run out or finished wasn’t replaced. The staff were glum and not helpful in that area. Just miserable. I nearly fell off a chair as it was broken and there were many broken Chairs around. However staff were amazing and helpful and went out of their way to please. They called Uber taxis for us and also made sure we had everything we needed. Mohammed was very friendly and I can’t remember the names of the others. But very friendly. It’s a good location and good hotel but needs updating. The showers and toilets so old and tiles worn out and grimes. By Uk standards I would say it’s 2 star at the moment. Would I choose that hotel again🤭🤔not so sure Thanks to all the staff hope management spends some money to update the hotel …
The highlight of this hotel is the staff! They were absolutely amazing! We stayed in two different occasions and we have been treated really well and looked after. The facilities on the first room were dated and even though the management made all efforts to spring clean our room the smoking smell was so strong. The second time we stayed around we had a much better room and it was spotless for the price paid. The area is very safe and you are by a main road, uber is really cheap or you can hire a taxi to go to downtown Amman. The breakfast buffet had a good quality and lovely service. Overall a really good experience!
This was a nice location to stay in Amman. As it was our first time visiting, the hotel staff were very nice and friendly, always there to help you when help or anything is needed. Breakfast was nice too. A big thank you to Marwan who works out the hotel, he was extremely kind and helpful.
Hotel is located in a relatively developed part of Amman. Infra is quite good for the 26JD/night that I paid. Breakfast is decent and staff helpful. This is more like a corporate hotel so don't expect very strong touristy vibes. However your stay will be quite comfortable and pleasant. Place has few eatery options walkable, or many more within 4-5 km.
The thing that sets this hotel a part is the staff. When I first arrived they were extremely helpful and even willing to help me practice my Arabic. Mohammed, the security guard, is such a nice guy. The room was clean and comfortable. the wifi was weak in the room but strong in the lobby. the breakfast was really good and the view from the restaurant was cool. I will stay here the next time I am in Amman.
