Very friendly hotel, outside of Amman. Very quiet, the bedding is very comfortable and the staff listens to its guests. Not much choice in food, but very good; A good 3 star hotel I recommend. The hotel has a jacuzzi and hammam which are very clean.

Sorry, but this hotel smells of cigarettes... A/C was not working properly in my room.. wifi was very weak. The food was good, and room service was prompt. Location was convenient. It was clean, staff friendly...but the stale smell of cigarettes ruined my stay.... they have a no smoking sign on the front table as you enter, but very sadly...

Very comfy beds even better than home! Well located so easy to get around the city. For soft drinks walk down the road 100 yds as a tonic is 5jd (£approx £5.50) and a bottle of cheap plonk €50. Very helpful staff and lots of smiles and welcomes. Bathrooms could be better. Would I stay again? Yes. Just remember it...

Booked this as a package from travel agency, so not my primary choice. Pros: easy access to airport, or any tourist spot to the west of Amman (Jerash, Madaba, etc.). perfect for last night before flying out of Amman. Good buffet spread, friendly staff, clean room; Cons: too far from downtown Amman (45-60 min by taxi). A bit rundown in...

The rooms were big and clean. The bathrooms were clean as well. The breakfast was good and had plenty of options for vegetarians. The staff was exceptional and very polite. I would highly recommend. There is a big supermarket close by which is an added convenience. The taxi service from the hotel to the city is also well prices (about...

I have been here two times and always feel at home. The staff are helpful and rooms are relatively clean esp. towels and bed sheets. The airport drop-off is reasonable and is available on request to the reception. There is a bar and restaurant average selection of snacks and local food choices. Although not centrally located in Amman, taxis are...

The receptionist and staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was very spacious and clean. The plug sockets throughout the hotel are a bit of a hazard. I arrived at night then had to leave again early in the morning so I did not see much of the surroundings I would stay here again. Scott

This hotel was easily the best 'value for money' stay of our Jordan adventure, it was only a 20 minutes taxi ride from Queen Alia airport, and was a quality and luxurious surprise for the rate paid and this included a king size bed, a capacious room and a decent buffet breakfast as well. The immediate neighbourhood may not have...

The breakfast is the best one I ever tried in Jordan. Fresh made flat bread, sorted veggies, juice and more. Concierge are quick and courteous as well as the people at the front desk. Don't worry about the security machine at front, this is normal in this country as well as in Egypt due to the latest issues. No private...

Stayed 3 nights, family of four on tour in Jordan...easily got there 20 mins from airport. Two malls are nearby which hotel has free transport to, we ate lunch there one day, but be prepared to take taxi anywhere else...downtown and most tourist sites 20 mins away, so we didn't like that there was no place to walk around and...
