Dear Sir ( Steel Bar & Terrace Management ) ( Grand Millennium Hotel Management) . Hope my email ( long Message ) finds well Yesterday Tuesday ( 23 of June 2020) went to your place to have a drink and social with my friends ( salsa committee friends ) Unfortunately the place ( Steel Bar ) was ( So Hot ) ( Not ventilated) ( Dirty ) ( Smelly non hygienic bathroom ) sticky floors ,Dirty .Poor lighted and with one lonely ONLY waiter to serve the crowd we were around 20 person Your prices was CRAZY i got a overpriced bill and i ordered just 2 small beer ... what is that ? Just wondering why you are opening a rest./bar as ( Steel ).and you have this minimum level of services/ cleaning and hospitality . We all know the we its a hard time because of the Corona virus pandemic but since you are open for public you should take care of everything Even i was wondering if you have a clean food to order after what i saw i refused to order anything .. . i think i WILL Not recommend anyone to come to your place later for what i saw today .. and i think u should thing to down price or have offers on the drinks and food ( as all the bars do now in Amman do promotions to to attract more visitors ) Unfortunately today i had the worse experience at ur place (steel ) Wish you take my note into consider or try to make up for me to encourage me to come with colleagues again to your place .. My stay was excellent in this hotel Oustanding staff and managment every body is kind and helpfull. Thanks to Mr Khojah Duty manger and Mr Rami resturant manger. Front desk staff were great. Soon I will returne.
We stayed here for 3 nights. Staff is very friendly and WiFi was very fast and free with no password and worked well all over the hotel. The breakfast spread was good. We were upgraded from Superior to Deluxe rooms which were quite big but the decor was a bit dated and not modern or plush.
we stayed here randomly, but the service and room was very nice. we ate in the restaurant a few times and had a drink in the second floor bar. it's not near downtown, but is a quick cab ride away from everything you'll want to see in Amman. their safes are very, very tiny so you won't be able to lock up anything bigger than a camera and the front desk and concierge have nowhere safe to keep anything.
I stayed there during a blistering few days with high winds and light snow - the Hotel was great as it was warm and the people were extremely helpful.... i made use of the gym frequently as it was just too cold to go out special mention to the Restaurant Manager Rami Fawzu who was an excellent host who looked after me and the other guests, personally getting us juices or bread dips to make us feel at home - well done!!
