Stayed here for two nights as part of a group stay. The staff were friendly enough, but were not very efficient. All our meals were buffet style and although there was plenty of food and the variety was good, the food was never near hot. The serving plates were cold and several items were missing from the table, teaspoons were...

We stayed here two nights as part of a tour of Jordan and Petra. The hotel is very nice. However, smoking is allowed everywhere and the smell of smoke permeated the place. The water is not drinkable, so we had to use bottled water. However, the hotel charges for it, so you either go without or pay whatever they ask....

The hotel is located in a busy central area. The view is good if you get to stay in the top floors. We stayed during the first week of November 2011. The stay was very comfortable and the food was also very good.

3 Nights - Nov 2011 Very friendly, helpful staff on arrival. Hotel lobby is lovely, and seemed to host regular wedding parties! Room was very comfortable, but needed updating. Bed very comfy! Dead Sea products in the bathroom, tea and coffee in the room. Breakfast was great - plenty of choice. Room service food was great too, and not overly...

This hotel is popular with bus tours, as it is not quite in the centre of the city, but convenient as a base for excursions. The lobby is very impressive and reception staff are welcoming and helpful. Rooms are quite spacious and well furnished, with mini-bar, sitting area and bath as well as shower. Our only gripe, as Brits, was...

Staff was friendly, rooms were decent size with a small balcony with a good view of Amman. Trader Vic bar downstairs is a good place to have few drinks and dinner. Hotel is about 40 mins from the airport and less than 15 mins from Citadel.

I stayed at this hotel in late Sept/early Oct 2011. The staff are courteous and helpful, and overall, it probably comes up to around a 2 or 3 start in the west. The issue for me is attention to detail. I travelled with a small group, and by day two, the list of problems in the rooms was pretty long...

Staying at the Regency Palace Amman feels like being at home away from home, with its nice atmosphere, whether it is being at their Al Madafa restaurant serving all authentic Middle Eastern dishes, or at the Trader Vic's where you live the Latin environment and entertainment, let alone their delicious menu, or their GYM where you can excercise at their...
