I want to thank the hotel crew for the great reception and hospitality they provided to me while I was in the hotel, and I would like to thank Mr. Yara and Mr. Ahmad from the room service section and Mr. Hassan from the reception department.
Stayed in this hotel for 2 weeks this month. First one week in quarantine. After this week as a “normal” guest. Never had so many people care about me on a hotel. Everybody really did his best to give me the best stay ever in a hotel! Even though there were just a few guest all facilities were open. The food in the restaurant is really very very good! A great thank you to guest relation manager Yara for all the take care off. But the biggest thank you goes too Gwen, Janna and restaurantmanager Ahmad who keep the bar running. Of course wel also want to thank chef Ames and Chef Maged for the super cake!! They did such a great job to let me feel at home! Nothing was to much and I really really want to thank them for a super 2 weeks!
Very good location near the University buildings. Easy connections to city center and attractions. Clean comfy rooms. Very good hygiene standards. Staff friendly and very helpful. I would stay here my next time in Amman.
Amman International hotel is a 4 stars place not far away from Jordan University. We stayed there 4 days . The hotel has good kitchen and very good Italian restaurant . We want to thank all the staff for treating us as VIPs. We were welcomed with complimentary drinks. The room was very clean and nice. The pool was the right temperature and also very clean . Ms.Yara , the guest relation manager was so helpful. She was always available if we needed anything. Mr. Hassan Matalka took great care of us in the Italian restaurant. Sarah , the Spa manager, was very helpful. We want to thank all the staff and especially Mr. Tareef Tabba ( the owner of the hotel) for the great hospitality. Victoria and Vitalia
The bedroom was comfortable and cozy, with a big window. There are many trees and plants around the hotel, and it's in a quieter area off the main street. In the cafe entrance there are several birds in birdcages. The breakfast was delicious! Everything was sparkling clean. The jacuzzi, steam room, and sauna was for private use only, and they gave one hour free use along with a massage. In conclusion, this was a relaxing and refreshing place to spend a night and a day.
