We booked this hotel through our travel agent as it seemed to offer good services at a reasonable price. This is not true. It is terrible. It seems in winter that the heating is turned off; we were offered a heater by the concierge but it was so cold I had to ask for two! The water was tepid, which only rose to luke warm after a visit by maintenance. We may have been the only people in the hotel because we were the only two at breakfast & dinner. They had to telephone the orders to someone & they took a while to arrive, so it was possible that they cooked elsewhere & brought the food in. Although the dinner was pleasant enough, the breakfast was poor in variety & flavour. I would avoid this place at all costs. It's only saving grace were some helpful staff in Maria & Khalid.

The hotel has amenities but there are a lot of minus.No smiles from the staff at all. Breakfast was moderate and of low quality. Some rooms are smelly and with dirty carpets and sofas.Some other are clean and with better towels.In general I recommend the hotel for just a night. Not centrally located.

no aircoditioning in this hotel. when asked to the manager. he said it is cold outside so we have shut down ac in may 2. we had to sleep with windows open. also i got stuck in the elevator for 25 minutes

it is a very good hotel, it seems that it is renovated the food is excellent, the rooms are clean and the staff is helpful the location is very good, very quiet, you walk 10 minutes to reach the cafes i recommend it
