Good position, kindess and clean. Breakfast was really succesfull and dinner gorgeous! Wi-Fi it's not perfect and just one thing: they came in to clean when you are still inside the hotel, having breakfast!
I stayed here as part of a G adventure tour. At first look, Signature hotel is very luxurious, with a high ceiling in the lounge and a glass elevator. The rooms are tidy and clean. The beds are comfortable and the complimentary water bottles are a bonus. The staff are extremely warm, welcoming and courteous. They will help with any request or query you may have. The breakfast is varied, and delicious. I am very sad to say goodbye to it haha. The only downsides I would note: the water pressure in the shower is terrible. However this may be due to Jordan’s water shortage. Also, the cocktails at the bar downstairs leave a bit to be desired. All in all, a pretty good place to stay though and I would recommend it.
Stayed here with G Adventures group, and would not be back. The hotel is dated with serious need of updating to bring it into this century. When we arrived early we were offered bag storage, but then when we it came to getting our bags we were told they would be sent. Took 30-40 minutes and a phone call to remind them. We even offered to take our luggage ourselves but were not allowed to. The air conditioning did not work in our room for the first couple of days we stayed here, and despite multiple calls and promises to send an engineer to fix the issue, nothing was done about it. We also had issues with the keycards which constantly needed to be reprogrammed by the front desk, but you wouldn't know it until you got to your room then have to go back down again. Wifi was poor except at the lobby. Location is good though, close to centre of town. Most of the staff are friendly with the exception of one night manager who says yes to everything but nothing happens. Breakfast was pretty good.…
