It’s my one & only favorable accommodation ever in Amman, it just simply the best in everything. Rooms , restaurants, bars, Spa , lobby, staff. Speaking about staff the they are so friendly so helpful so nice , my hero in the breakfast dining area “ Aseel” who helped my daughter with a magical citrus shot “ Mohammed “ and the best Chef’s“ZAID-Mohammed-Salah-Ahmad ”who makes the best food and Benedict ever . Not to forget my super hero “ SAREN “ who introduced me to the St Regis experience. Thanks all
We stayed at this new 5-star hotel in a grand deluxe room for 1 night in March as a jumping off point for a two week tour in Jordan & Egypt. Built in June 2019 this grand hotel glistens with marble as you enter the soaring lobby. We arrived late in the evening (11 pm) but still received an outpouring of gracious hospitality from the many staff on duty. Situated in what our driver said was the “Beverly Hills” of Amman, we didn’t really get to explore as our tour left early. One first in our world travels-having to go through an airport-style metal detector and baggage scanner just inside the main door-although the skeptical side of me wondered if it was just theatre for foreigners. Our room was high on the 12th floor with ample space to stretch out and a huge well appointed bath featuring a rain shower, separate tub and double vanities. All the modern conveniences. The super lavish breakfast buffet include hot made to order eggs, pancakes and waffles as well as 4 large sections covers with all the international and local foods you could imagine. It was impossible to choose from such abundance and variety. Fresh squeezed juices (orange , strawberry) were also a part of the feast. While our stay was very brief-not even 12 hours, we felt very welcomed to Jordan.…
A nice hotel with a beautiful bedroom. Apart from one minor issue with the bathroom door, I couldn't fault the bedroom which was spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable. The downside was that the room fronted onto a major road and if there was double glazing on the windows, it couldn't cope with the noise so I was awake for most of the night. Breakfast was extensive and well-presented. We enjoyed all of their food we had on offer.
the st.regis is in a prime location, easy to get to. The hotel food is great, the staff is super friendly, and the place is very clean. the restaurants are also good and the breakfast is "legit" with a lot of options - and if they don't have it displayed, they will do their best to cook/get it. wonderful experience in the regis.
Good property with v impressive interiors & well fitted out rooms. The hotel is located well in the city centre. Has many good restaurants. The food & ambience in the pool side (forget the name) f&b outlet was amazing. The chef took pains to understand our dietary preferences & the service was impeccable.
Very nicely appointed hotel with spacious and updated rooms. Well located. Food quality in restaurants was outstanding. Room service was very prompt. Housekeeping was outstanding too. The details are what is missing here. Concierge is very helpful but not organized. Reception staff texting while servicing guests. Etc.
This hotel exceeded our expectations. We were here at the start of tour so the tour company chose this hotel for us and, to be honest, we didn’t know what to expect, but it’s a great property! It’s a fairly new property near Four Seasons, Fairmont. Etc. At one point it seemed as if there were more employees than guests at the property. Almost everyone of staff was very helpful. One memorable hiccup of customer service can likely be attributed to staff training issues.

This hotel is one of my favorites that I have ever stayed in. The interior is beautiful and feels straight out of the roaring 20s. I enjoyed even waiting in the lobby as it was relaxing and elegant. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. I shared a king bed with my sister which was probably the fluffiest and softest bed/pillow I have slept on. I got a great night's sleep. The bathrooms were large and provided adequate counter space so we could both store our items. The face/hand soap was amazing and actually helped clear my skin! The shampoo, conditioner and shower gel smelled amazing. I took a few to enjoy back home. The breakfast buffet is magnificent to say the least. I enjoyed a wide range of fruits, pastries, meats, eggs, and more. I also created a tasty drink at a little latte station outside. My sisters and ordered room service for dinner which was incredibly delicious but pretty pricey. The steak and pizza was phenomenal and the fruit salad was refreshing and fulfilling. The service here is also spectacular. Everyone is warm, welcoming and accommodating. This hotel is the luxury experience I was looking for. …
Of course you have a certain expectation from a 5-star St. Regis but this team Surpassed every service expectation we had. They were gracious, warm and overflowing with hospitality. Many of the reception agents went above and beyond to assist with contacting drivers and guides for us (who we had booked but felt awkward calling due to the language barriers) and the wait staff at breakfast and dinner(s) were beyond impeccable. Our butler even brought us a little desert treat to celebrate New Years Eve when we said we were staying in! And of course I can't say enough about the beauty of the property: luxe, clean, quiet, gorgeous. This is the place to stay in Amman
