This hotell is a quiet hotell and i will recommend a room not on the graound floor. The food can be much better, and the coffee is expensive. You can not by any alchol (like the rest of Jordan). After all it is a ok hotell.
We were pleasantly surprised by being upgraded free of charge to a lovely suite.Very good ambience, professional staff with friendly approach.Particularly I would like to mention Ms.Aya who was very helpful.Highly recommended hotel.I would like to book the same hotel again in my future visit to Amman.
The room has everything you need, Very nice TV with more than 1500 channels big screen FHD clear image, even better than 5 stars hotels TV's. Very good shower and comfortable bed, and I really the lighting options in the room. Breakfast was good enough, not much to choose from but very good quality of food. The staff are super nice and very helpful and polite. Very nice neighborhood 2 minutes drive to the university of Jordan, were you can find all the restaurants and everything you need. · Despite the good quality of food it was a little bit cold and the bread was dry, even though the bread is fresh but the reason for that was that the AC was on very low temp so it caused all this, I passed my note to one of the staff and he thanked me for it, I hope this doesn't happen again. The have a pool but it wasn't working at the time. The gym is basic and small decent, but don't expect anything more than a few treadmils and some weights, expected by a 4 stars hotel. …
Its a relatively brand new hotel with all amenities like free wi-fi services, good rooms, very nice breakfast spread. Its on the main road and easily to find. The hotel staff are excellent and will try and care of all your needs.
