My first time to the Nur restaurant and I loved it. The buffet had everything you could want and it was very fresh. On top the food and beautiful decor the wait staff excellent! Hadeel was floating around the room taking care of everyone on a very busy day! She was always helpful with a smile and my plates and glasses were never empty!

Excellent hotel with a genuine 5 star rating for service and facilities. The generous sized rooms are so clean and well appointed. The staff are friendly and attentive from the front desk to the cafe staff, no request is too hard for them. I was given fresh gluten free bread at both breakfast and at Salt restaurant. Salt restaurant is fantastic for grills and many varied dishes. The jewellery shop is run by a lovely lady who makes some of the amber ear rings. We asked for fresh milk and more coffee pods and these were promptly delivered to our room. It has a fabulous lighting throughout the foyer and in the cafe which add to the luxurious feel of this Fairmont hotel!

Of course the amenities at the hotel are top notch. But I have to say the staff Makes this hotel Pretty much perfect! Every staff member that I crossed paths with was not only friendly and kind but Helpful beyond expectation. I LOST MY DEBIT CARD. I HAD NO CASH. With the help of Rakan,Haya,Mahmoud,and Raglan, As well as a few night staff members who's names I do not know, I was able to retrieve my card and continue on a fabulous Journey through Jordan. I simply could not have done it without them. When choosing a hotel, Fairmont is always a great choice. When going to Amman, Jordan, Fairmont is the ONLY choice! SHUKRAN, Thank you to ALL. Jeryes and Al araj, really stood out. they went above and beyond to make sure I had a fantastic experience at Caprice. They were always friendly and welcoming. They were incredibly attentive and always seemed to be one step ahead of my needs. In addition to their exceptional customer service, They were also very professional and efficient. They were always on time and had a great attention to detail. I could tell that they took great pride in their work and that they truly enjoyed helping guests. Overall, I can't say enough good things about Jeryes and Al araj. They are truly outstanding employees and a credit to the hotel. I would highly recommend Caprice to everyone.

I recommend this bar. The manager jeries did a great job explaining in detail about the hotel and all its facilities and explaining the types of whiskeys and how different they are. And the bartender made a cocktail for me and my guest, and it was very special and wonderful. The service is indescribable. All the cocktails are delicious, and every time I taste the same, it shows that the level of quality is stable

Just finished another great day trip with Faisal as our driver. Last summer to the wadi mujib for a fun adventurous river walk. Also an overnight glamping experience in the wadi rum. Under the stars! Fabulous!! Today we we r to hot springs & then Dead Sea. Great day. Faisal is an excellent safe driver, helpful with bags, refreshments, and getting in & out of rivers, pools & the Dead Sea! A great knowledgeable guide! Very highly recommended!!
