When deciding to visit Amman - Jordan and stay in a reasonably priced Hotel, I wanted to stay at Granada hotel, although I read some bad reviews about the hotel, but I said I'll take my chances specially that I heard it is located in an excellent area. Well, am glad to tell you that the hotel has just been...

Basic, no frills hotels are a blessing for travellers who want to stay in big cities but keep their costs down. This hotel seems to be taking advantage of its good location to get clientele as everything else is terrible. The plumbing in many of the rooms doesn't work properly so that the showers overflow and the towels are ancient...

Location: Right up the street from Rainbow Street, with a bunch of restaurants and bars to choose from. From a social point of view, this is a good thing. Also, there's Amigos the bar next door, which does happy hour drink specials every evening. Bistro One on the other side does very good Italian food. Lovely service. And Prego, on...

While this hotel might not be for older people because of the two restaurants/pubs one downstairs and one upstairs playing somewhat loud music until 12 on weekends, it's still a great choice. We were a group of friends staying in different rooms and they were all good. If you are expecting a fancy hotel with amazing facilities you might want...

We stayed at this hotel twice during a group tour to Jordan in two different rooms. Firstly the rooms are poor, in both rooms there was a power outlet at the top of the bed, so be careful where you put your arms in the night. In the first room the bathroom light didn't work at all (even after changing...

We stayed at the Granada Hotel for two nights as part of an organised Gecko's tour in the middle east. The hotel was very well located in the first circle area, and we also went out to Rainbow Street's restaurants and cafes - very pleasant and only a short walk away. The hotel is close to shops, restaurants and ATMs....

I stayed at this hotel 3 different times during a two week your in Jordan. Each time I stayed the rooms were completely different and ranged from poor to o.k. Some rooms were large and some were very small. The biggest complaint I had was that some of the doors seemed to have been kicked in and on the first...

This was the second stay at this hotel, it was far worse. The room was horrible and the staff were unfriendly and unhelpful and the noise from the bar downstaris was terrible. I was glad I'd brought me earplugs! Breakfast was pants too.

Stayed as part of a package tour, so not sure of star rating or price to stay there, but is very basic, clean enough. It is a 10 minute walk to downtown Amman, and is also around the corner from Rainbow Street which has many sweet cafe's to dine in. A large grocery store up the hill, or small grocery...
