Well, first off all we arrived here because the original hotel we booked sent us here because they messed up the reservations and they had no more available rooms when we arrived. The staff seemed to be nice but the hotel was filthy. It was so much dirt in the room we received at first that we actually didn't want to put our backpacks on the floor. We complained and we received another room. It was just a little bit better but it was clear we experienced a new low in the matter of accommodation. We stayed because it was already afternoon and we had limited time to spend in Amman. When we came back in the evening all we wanted to do after walking in the sun for a few hours it was a hot shower. But surprise..there was no hot water. That was the moment we said it's enough. In the next 10 minutes we booked something else for the second night and it was a great decision. Similar price but much better quality. And let me be clear..we are not very pretentious. But this was by far the worst room we ever stayed. Otherwise I can't complain about the location or the staff in the short time we interacted with them.

+ The location is just great, in front of the Roman Theatre. Everything is reachable within 10-15 minutes either by walking or by car + The view from the balcony on the top floor is amazing + The staff is really nice and helpful and willing to help as much as possible and answer any questions. They even helped us booking our tickets to Petra + Also helped us carrying the luggage upstairs as the elevator was not working + Breakfast was very delicious - The room needed some cleaning - Needed to wait a lot for the hot water but you get it at the end. I preferred to simply take a fast cold shower rather than wasting so much water PS: Buy the souvenirs from Petra as they are really cheap there (7 magnets for 2 JOD and in the city they cost 1 JOD each)

The hotel is directly in front of the Roman Theater and a short walk to the old town. Budget accomodation with a hot shower, breakfast (any moment of the day - wow!) and extremely helpful staff. If you need anything from restaurant, taxi, bus or sightseeing information, they're here to help. Even the cats in front of the hotel get food and water.

Very friendly staff that organised everything for us - from serving breakfast on the rooftop to organising trips around Jordan. Osama brought us to the Friday market, helped us bargain for cheaper prices when buying souvenirs and cooked us a very delicious dinner. All in all, a very nice and pleasant stay. Not to mention the excellent location of the hotel. The view from the rooftop over the roman amphitheater is amazing.
