I've been at the hotel out of my choice because of the quarantine auto choosing i stayed for 14 days, as a four stars hotel they deliver a very high level of service and response, food was excellent for the 3 meals

My experience with this hotel is horrible. Despite that the location of the hotel is good and it looks impressive from outside, its rooms as NOT clean, the bed linen & shower curtains are old and look grimy. The worst is the fridge where i found kind of molds inside it!! Its really unbelievable how this hotel is categorized as a 4 start hotel!! ITS NOT RECOMMENDED FOR ANYONE !!

We came to this hotel as a group considering that its a four-star hotel. We were shocked to find the rooms are NOT clean at all. Hair and dust were found everywhere, i.e. at bed, furniture and even inside the fridges. We spent the first night only cleaning the rooms and toilets. The furniture and bed linen are OLD and some broken. The shower hand is broken and the shower curtain is disgusting. Its definitely overpriced to be considered as a four-start hotel. NOT recommended for anyone.

Although it looks impressive from outside, you better think twice before checking in there. I do not know how many rooms are 4 stars really, but I think the 2 stars ones are the majority. So, even one had paid a 4 stars room, they check you in a 2 stars one and, even you would complain about the missing amenities or dirty bathroom, nobody from their personnel would pay attention to you. It is a big NO - NO from me!
