About a month ago, I stayed at the Vital Hotel in Tel Aviv. This is either the fifth or sixth time I’ve stayed there. It is my “go to” hotel because of its central location, proximate to the Museum of Art, many shops and restaurants, Weizmann mall, the highway, and Ichilov Hospital (which I have not needed!). It is also very clean, with a friendly, helpful staff, excellent cleaning staff, very good bed linens, and a rich breakfast.
I had made my reservation months in advance, but when I arrived at the hotel, found a bit of confusion about my room. With the help of Hezzie (spelling?) and one other male desk clerk, the confusion was cleared up and I was placed in a two room suite since the large room I had booked was unavailable. The suite was equally good as far as I was concerned, so I was quite happy. Hezzie made sure I was satisfied and took me up the executive lounge and prepared a decaf cappuccino for me; we sat and talked for awhile.
As usual, breakfast each morning was very good with very fresh ingredients and ample choice of dishes. The hotel offers salad veggies, a good choice of breads, cheeses, jams, prepared eggs, smoked fish, and cookies/cake, among other things. I stayed for three days and saw that there were slight changes each day in what was offered.
The exec lounge, to which I was entitled with my room rate, is quite spacious enough for the amount of hotel guests. It has comfortable seating including both tables and chairs and also some couches/easy chairs. It has a nice view out over Tel Aviv. There are refreshments on hand from after the time that breakfast finishes until late in the evening. It has never been crowded on any of my visits, so one can have a quiet conversation over coffee if a friend or relative comes to visit.
I would highly recommend the Vital Hotel to anyone coming to visit Tel Aviv, especially with staff members such as Hezzie and the other young man at the front desk.

I selected the Vital Hotel based on its proximity to the Savidor Train Station for easy access to/from Jerusalem and Ben Gurion Airport. This turned out to be an excellent choice! The hotel is an easy 15 minute walk from the station and trains run frequently and are inexpensive (e.g. USD $2.50 to airport). The hotel is unique in that it is situated in an office building with reception on the first floor, rooms on two intermediate floors and the breakfast room/lounge on the 12th floor. The rooms are spacious, clean and modern. While you may see bigger breakfast spreads at larger hotels, the selection was complete and the high quality was evident. I found the staff to be friendly and helpful. I had to leave before breakfast one morning and a very complete breakfast box was left in my room the evening before. The hotel building is connected to a mall with many food options and through it the hospital next door. But, the room was extremely quiet with no noise from either the street or the adjacent busy hospital. This is not a tourist neighborhood and you won't hear much English spoken except at the hotel. But that is not a problem. The art museum that I did not visit is nearby and other attractions, including the Sarona Market, are within easy walking distance. Many buses also stop in front for easy access to other areas of Tel Aviv. The neighborhood has many restaurants and stores and seems much less chaotic than the more touristy areas closer to the beach. If you are into the nightlife scene, this might not be for you, but if you want a great quieter experience in a very nice area, I highly recommend the Vital Hotel.

Dear Neal, Thank you for sharing your great experience at the Vital Hotel. It's wonderful to hear that you chose the hotel based on its proximity to the Savidor Train Station and that it turned out to be an excellent choice for your needs. The easy 15-minute walk to the station and the frequent and affordable train service provided convenient access to Jerusalem and Ben Gurion Airport. The unique setup of the hotel, with reception on the first floor, rooms on intermediate floors, and the breakfast room/lounge on the 12th floor, sounds interesting and adds to the hotel's charm. It's great that the rooms were spacious, clean, and modern, ensuring a comfortable stay. The breakfast, while not the largest spread, offered a complete selection with high-quality items. The fact that the staff left a very complete breakfast box in your room when you had to leave early shows their attentiveness and commitment to guest satisfaction. The hotel's location, connected to a mall with various food options and adjacent to a hospital, didn't detract from the quietness of the rooms. It's impressive that despite these nearby facilities, there was no disturbance from noise, providing a peaceful environment for guests. It's worth noting that while the neighborhood may not be a touristy area with English being less commonly spoken, it didn't pose a problem for you. The proximity to attractions like the art museum and Sarona Market, as well as easy access to buses, made exploring Tel Aviv convenient. Lastly, the neighborhood's quieter atmosphere compared to the more touristy areas closer to the beach was a positive aspect for you. It seems the Vital Hotel provided a great, quieter experience in a very nice area. Thank you for recommending the Vital Hotel for those seeking a quieter and pleasant stay in Tel Aviv. Your detailed review will be helpful for others looking for a hidden gem like this. I'm glad you had a fantastic experience, and I appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback. Best regards,

We stayed here for four nights and couldn't fault this hotel. We took the train from Ben Gurion airport and walked from Savidor centre. We were in the hotel 40 minutes after walking out of the airport terminal and it cost 13NIS per person. The room was spacious and comfortable with all the facilities that you could want. The hotel is well situated so we could walk to the seafront in 30 minutes and walk to all the main shopping areas too. There is an excellent small mall adjoining the hotel which has a good food court and a supermarket. Staff were all very helpful and courteous and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. Would definitely return. One thing not mentioned in the official description is that there are world class hospital facilities opposite covering most specialities..just in case!!

The hotel is located above a shopping centre and so somewhat convenient for picking up a few snacks and drinks, and the location is central enough to walk to the beach area from. The room was clean, tidy and reasonably modern. The breakfast was pleasant and provided a reasonable choice of food with fresh coffee machines. The staff were helpful and chatty.
Not much more to be said really and would have no issue with having to stay again at this hotel.

Due to medical treatment ןמ Ichilov Hospital we stayed at Vital Hotel for about two weeks. The proximity to the hospital was a big plus for us.
1. The best feature of the hotel is the cleanliness. The rooms are clean, the toiletries are of high quality and the towels and robes are soft and cozy. 2. The staff is service minded, pleasant and polite. 3. Breakfast is ok, there is variety, although it is not possible to order dishes that are not on the buffet (such as omelettes etc). Tofu dishes can be ordered for vegan guests

I had an excellent stay at the hotel. The team is perfect, the cleaning team is thorough so the room is spotless. The bathroom is great, and the beds very comfortable. I received upon request a plate, folk and knife. The kitchenette does not offer cooking possibilities, but it does include a microwave, a good fridge, and a sink. It is recommended to bring further kitchen equipment to the hotel when visiting. Finally, if visiting people at Ichilov, the hotel is extremely practical. Thank you very much for a great stay,.

I had an overnight at the Vital hotel. Arrived later than planned and the receptionist was very kind. The room is very clean! And I’m a clean freak. Due to Covid, breakfast was brought up to the room. You call when you’re ready for breakfast and they ask you what you want and bring it up in containers. Very well thought out. The management was kind enough to allow late check out. Would definitely be coming back again!
