This hotel has very poor service, I've been trying to cancel it for months, they never finish the call and they always pass me on to someone and the call drops. They don't have a center to handle these types of requests, as it is a four star hotel, I thought things would be much faster, that is, I didn't receive my refund again! and the daily isn't cheap!

My wife and I stayed here for 1 night in a tower-suite on th 14th floor. The reception went smooth, the room was clean an quite even though the adjacent rooms were also ocupied. The room was fully equiped with a small kitchen including a mucriwave iven and small refrigirator. The room was spotless clean and so were the bedding sheets. The only place that wasnt clean was the balcony that had bird droppings in one corner. We had a great view if the city and the ocean. Breakfast was fresh and delicious. The building isnt only used as a hotel, some of the upoer floors are apartments. I assume that is why it doesnt have its own parking lot. There is an option to park in a public parking lot in the building but it was full when we arrived (at around 13:00 on Friday). So we parked across the street in a large public parking lot. (5 min walk to hotel). Overal we had a great experience.

Stayed the weekend night. Location is very good, 2 minutes from the beach front. Our room was recently renovated, clean, and updated bathroom. The best part was the breakfast with excellent cheese selection, smoked salmon, salads, fresh breads and cakes. We loved the option to have omelettes and fresh brewed coffee on Saturday, real treat! Service was really good. I was disappointed that I could not take a picture from the roof since it was closed. The additional fees for parking is annoying.
