I fully agree with the other positive reviews of this hotel. We stayed for 5 nights and had two rooms- three of us had a triple room which was quite spacious and two of us had a junior suite which was also spacious. The rooms were nice with hardwood floors, good lighting, great showers, and were very clean. The breakfast...

I echo many of the comments made by others - the hotel was a perfect place to stay for the last two nights of our trip. The service was superb - everyone we dealt with was friendly and helpful. For example - We had been in Israel for over two weeks for the Maccabiah Games and were going on a...

I stayed at De La Mer on the last 2 nights of my latest trip to Israel. It was an absolute pleasure. I read reviews on trip advisor before booking the hotel and they were spot on. The hotel is not very big and the staff did everything they could to help us out. We had a very late flight...

On a recent trip to Israel, the Hotel De Le Mer was an amazing choice for a hotel in Tel Aviv. After arriving from a 2 lay over flight at 1 in the morning from Los Angeles and the airline losing all of my luggage, coming to the hotel put a smile on my face. I was extremely impressed for...

I loved this hotel !! With only 27 rooms, it almost had the feel of a B & B. The staff could not do enough to make me feel at home; my wish was their command ! All I had to do was ask, and it was done. And, it was done with a smile ! This is not a...

We paid $130/night for this hotel and got a nice clean room with excellent A/C and a balcony. There is WiFi throughout the building. It is a two minute walk to the beach. There is also a good complimentary breakfast buffet that has a mix of American and Middle Eastern foods, plus excellent cappuccinos that they bring to you. There...

This is the perfect place if you want to be close to the beach and take in the funky Tel Aviv atmosphere. Hotel is well run with very helpful desk staff. As soon as you walk in the lobby, they are offering coffee, tea and biscuits (not to mention free wi-fi!) At the other more conventional hotels we stayed in,...

The desk people were really nice, REALLY. I think if you want an ocean view for less money this is a good place. It is not fancy, the showers get the floor all wet, but really enjoyed it. The breakfast was very good, not like the huge ones at the tower hotels, but everything from fruit to shakshuka. You can...

We booked this hotel based on it's impressive website. We expected a posh boutique hotel with luxurious furnishings. This was the only disappointing part. If you must stay in a really fancy place- book elsewhere- like in one of the better 5 star hotels (even they aren't all equal). It is much more casual in actuality than it looks on-line....

My wife and I stayed at De La Mer a few weeks ago. It was a great experience. The hotel is a small cozy hotel with a great staff, breakfast and a fantastic view of the sea. The hotel is very clean and the rooms are comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Tel Aviv!!
