The worst experience I had ever....the room was as small as the size of the toilet... Coffee machine was not working , coffee mug was as dirty as we can get. Staff was non courteous..specially the uncle at the reception, not rude but not of any help .. breakfast was surved in another hotel nearby and dont ask the menu..you will not like it at all....waste of money
Dear Guest The hotel have many room type and you could choose a bigger room or at least let us to know and probably we was change your room. The coffe machine is working 24 hour and our breakfast is continental and have all you need to start your day in Tel Aviv. The hotel have the best price in Tel Aviv for quality, location, amenities and a great service. Central Hotel Team
Very good located hotel but take care about the room 110 because we have had Moskito from the window. Everything is near, shops 24/7, currency exchange, drug store, and especially the sea and restaurants.
Visit the best cocktail bar in Tel Aviv Concierge in 10 minutes of walking. Tea/coffee for free, WiFi, cheap hotel, very good garden within the hotel, refrigerator in the room and TV with some English channels.
Rooms are little but cozy. Sometimes you will have problems with hot water.
I stayed at central hotel with my parents last week and would certainly not recommend it. The rooms are dirty and very small, the pictures do not represent what the hotel really is.
My parents stayed 2 nights in a raw but were asked at 10pm when we came back from our evening out to pack their suitcases to check out at 11am the next day and check in again at 2pm, without giving explanation and in a very rude way. We had to insist to keep the room or at least know why. The receptionist agreed in the hand but completely shut me down refusing to talk to me and only addressing to my dad. Very agressive attitude, do not go there!
Dear Guest The hotel staff is very dissapointed that you choose to remember your stay in this way. Every morning we ask you for support and information about Tel Aviv and in Israel. We save you money and time by the advice to direct bus from Tel Aviv to the Dead Sea instead 2 buses from Tel Aviv,Jerusalem and Dead Sea. Book for you the restaurant which you did not could book by yourself and be nice and helpful as much as we can. The hotel staff will always try to be the best for our guests.
Was okay for a one night stay in Tel Aviv, Rooms are small but perfectly okay for a short stay. Clean enough and close to everything. 5mins from beach. 24 hour supermarket a few doors down, Everything very basic!!!
