Stay here due to work. Great location next to beach but very poor services. Call again and again for a repair in the room but no one showed up. Swimming pool opens late and never on time. Staff tried to charge things I didn’t consume when I checked out. If I have a choice I would not want to stay here.
I stayed at the Sheraton in Tel Aviv for 3 nights in July. As a Marriott Platinum Elite member I have stayed in many incredible Marriott hotels across the world and i have to say the Sheraton Tel Aviv ranks towards the top. The staff are incredibly welcoming and made me feel appreciated and right at home. I especially enjoyed the service in the executive lounge. Everybody in the executive lounge is incredibly friendly and went the extra distance to take care of me. @janice Domingo especially provided excellent service and provided drinks on request. The important thing for hotel guests is to be greeted with friendly smiles and Janice was always smiling and happy and made me and I’m sure all guests feel appreciated as loyal Marriott members. I hope to return to Tel Aviv again and Sheraton will always be my first choice.…
We enjoyed our stay. Beach access is excellent. Room beautiful, clean and well appointed. Experienced some confusion with check in, but it was immediately and professionally addressed. Club level is a must. Special thanks to Guy who was tremendously helpful at front desk.
The Hotel accommodations are top notch. Rooms above the 5th floor have beautiful views of the city or beach. The lounge on the 18th floor is relaxing and can provide private areas for groups of people. Elena and Maria are the best staff they have in the lounge. Very attentive and professional.
I would like to take a moment to say something about the Sheraton and two of its employees. The Sheraton has been an awesome stay with great accommodations. Two employees specifically stood out to me; Max and Elena. These two would see me in the lounge and would go out of there way to ensure I had the best service. They would remember and speak to me each day. Awesome employees. Wish more hotels had guys like them.
I have visited Tel Aviv a couple times now within a few months span. The lounge is by far the best part of my experience and the entire lounge staff ( especially Elena, Maxim, Ilan & Anastassiya) are top notch. Every time I walk in I am greeted with a smile and ask what can they get me. During my experience in the lounge, they check on me to see how I’m doing. The staff truly cares about the guests and they are the highlight of my stay at the Sheraton Tel Aviv. Keep up the excellent service!
Wow if I could give it a 10 I would. The hotel renovation is beautiful. Nice open lobby with THE best view of the sunset over the beach. The room was comfortable for 11 days with that same great view. The concierge level was a nice respite from the rest of the hotel and we had breakfast there a few times and dinner once. Breakfast in the restaurant was a never ending buffet of delicious Israeli food as well as your regular morning delights. The staff in the restaurant especially Sharon and Pedro were extremely helpful and welcoming every morning. Sharon went out of her way to help with a special food request for us. The concierge staff were wonderful. Mazal in the concierge level was sweet, singing happy birthday to my wife and sending a last minute desert and bottle of wine. Regis at the lobby concierge desk was very helpful with some traveling directions and dinner reservations. The best of all was Sharon at the concierge desk. She helped out in an emergency when I stupidly went swimming with some medication and ruined all of my supply. Within two hours she had the prescription filled and hand delivers to me! Todah rabah. This staff was amazing and the hotel was fantastic. Sorry to leave hope to return!! Thank you.…
I was hesitant to book a stay here because years ago I had stayed at this property and it was just OK. How surprised I was to see that the hotel has been renovated and looks great! My seafront room is so fresh and nice. It is light, bright, and on trend with it's decor and color choices. Bed is comfortable. I would now say that if you can get a better rate here rather than at the Hilton, then stay here. And if you can swing it, get a seafront room and enjoy the amazing views of the Mediterranean.
The concierge Sharon goes above and beyond! Elena, Ilan, Max, Mary, Janice and Sisi in the club lounge can not do enough for you! The property is beautiful, well maintained and in a great location! The breakfast buffet is a must and Pedro downstairs is wonderful!
Wish I was still there!!!! Tel Aviv Sheraton is where my boyfriend kept referring to as 'Home Sweet Home.' When we planned our first trip together to Israel, he clearly wanted to stay there. I agreed but was hesitant! Boy was he right!!!! First off, it was recently renovated, post-pandemic, and it is BEAUTIFUL!!! The hotel is located by THE BEST part of the beach! Great entertainment, and nightlife from our balcony, or just an elevator ride down. Simply incredible and who thought it could actually get better??? Well it did and does! (We will be back!). How could it have gotten better? THE CLUB LOUNGE! Mazal and her staff in the lounge, are beyond description!!! Simply MAGNIFICENT! We were greeted each morning, afternoon, and night, with warm, genuine smiles, and a readiness to help with anything we wanted or needed. It was very simply put, an absolute pleasure being there, and i can't wait to go back!…
