My husband and I , being Diamond members, were upgraded to a beautiful suite overlooking the sea. The suite had a very large bathroom with a separate tub and shower stall. A tray of fresh fruits, nuts, cookies and a bottle of wine awaited us when we checked in for our three nights stay. We had breakfast in the Lounge on the 12th floor. Sagit, Aviem and Dave were most helpful with my husband's dietary needs due to his gluten allergy. They were very attentive and took extra care that there would be no cross contamination. The hotel has a very large salt-water pool and a nice pool area for sunning. The hotel is well situated, a short walk to the beach and an easy walk to the Port of Tel Aviv. Parking is available for a reasonable fee. Being pleased with the accommodation and service, we ended up booking two additional nights at the end of our trip in the Hilton.

The only bar at the Tel Aviv Hilton. They kicked everyone out at 10:45 so they could clean the carpet. Why not in the middle of the night like any reasonable hotel. The so called manager didn’t even know it was happening. What a joke of an Hotel!

When I go on vacation, I prefer to lounge around, kind of like a veal. That is why this Hilton was perfect for me. I stayed here this summer for 4-5 days. I used the pool, read complimentary newspapers, drank a lot of coffee in the executive lounge and was treated fabulously by the entire staff upstairs. The Hotel food is superb. Breakfast is included in the cost of the room. It is served in the large and beautiful cafeteria on the pool level It is an all you can eat affair and I did just that. I'm giving a special call out to Uriya, one of the managers upstairs. My family and I ended staying late one night at the upstairs lounge and Uriya was very accommodating and nice. We knew we were in the wrong and the staff needed to go home, but he never let on that we had overstayed our welcome. We will not be that inconsiderate next time.

This is a very big hotel and obviously very busy. Because we were a large group of 55 people, our check in was handled next to the ballrooms which made for a seamless and quick process. We got a beautiful, big room with a balcony and wonderful views of Hilton beach. The bathroom was also pretty big with a separate shower and tub. I'm not a big fan of bowl sinks though because water splashes everywhere. You can go down to the beach from the basement but ask about the access closing times as twice we had to go the long way to get back to the hotel. We also had lounge access which was at the 12f and you can have breakfast, a light lunch, and cocktails there for free. For a more extensive breakfast spread the cafe at the lower ground floor was pretty great too. The thing they can best improve on is the elevator service. Fro such a big hotel you would think they should have more than 4 elevators. Other than this everything was great!

I have stayed at this hotel so many times over the years. I can usually expect a terrible check in and check out experience, as the front desk is never staffed to handle the lines of people waiting to check in or out. This time was no different. One would think that they would want to make a good first impression when guest first arrive, however, when it comes to service at the front desk, they miss the mark terribly. My room was very nice and I enjoyed it very much. I love the Yakimono restaurant off the lobby. Breakfast buffet is good, with service hit and miss. Great beach location.

This is the third hotel on my stay in Israel. We stayed in the Ritz Carlton in Hertzeliya which was amazing, David Citadel in Jerusalem was amazing and then Hilton Tel Aviv which we would have checked out as soon as we got there but all other hotels that were of quality were all sold out. Reception at desk are nasty and talk about you with their colleagues in Hebrew mocking you right in front not realizing I speak Hebrew. They have done this on the phone as well. The manager said to the person on the phone apparently standing right next to them that he doesn’t feel like speaking to us and tell them he’s busy. Staff here is trained to say NO to any Brequests.we got to hotel at 1 PM for check in was told room will be ready at 3 but only was available at 5:30 which made me arrive very late to a family reunion being arranged for my family. No apologies nothing just a do you want your room or no. Now we are paying 1500 US dollars for a connecting room for z mmmh combination. These rooms look like they haven’t been touched since the 90s. Similar to size of standard rooms in cruise ship. Now we paid an additional 500 per night per room to be upgraded to the vista. Same exact room just slightly renovated. Toilet is about six inches from bathroom sink which is strange. Spent all day by beach and my kids room at 8 pm was not touched. Called front desk to speak to house keeping. They said house keeping does not speak English. I explained to them room at 8 PM still has not been cleaned and manager at front desk hung up on my face. I went to the front desk with my bathing suit on and no shirt as we did not have any towels in room and manager said without warning if you do not put Ona short security is co I got to throw you out so I left. In a nutshell everyone in this hotel had complaints that management and service is a joke and not up to Hilton standards. Management is rude nasty and will speak about you to colleagues in Hebrew and laugh in your face. I am spending to 2000USD a night between two standard vista rooms and regret every cent of it. This place should not be a Hilton more like an airport hotel on the side of JFK airport. Room 1524

definitely the best hotel in Tel Aviv (most of them are really below the standard). We stayed at Vista, the lounge is the best - large variety of food and drinks, worth the money. Great service from most of the staff. On the other note - what's with the elevators?? We waited 5-10 minutes almost every time. This should be improved somehow. Sometimes we couldn't wait, so took stairs (to the 15th floor)! And the parking guard was really mean, wouldn't let us get in, even though we had the parking ticket (wasn't working properly) and the room key. While I have mixed feelings about this and the pool is really freezing and mediocre, however, from my experience the only hotel up to the standards in Israel.

Stayed here for over a week. Beautiful and refreshing pool with an incredible manager there named Avi who made sure my family and I were always happy there. He actually remembers everyones name who stays there-talk about excellent customer service. Emily Yona did a great job with Hilton Honors-and Tariq made sure we had a lovely room. The breakfast staff were very nice and there were excellent selections. The hotel is in good walking distance. A wonderful hotel and can't wait to go back there again!

Great room, excellent location, excellent breakfast. During Shabat the expect a packed hotel with guests talking loudly in the halls, even after midnight. Extremely rude security man during checkout and no bellboy. Regarding the incident with the security man, I was checking out at 2am from the hotel and had to return to the room because I forgot something. There was no bellboy to help me with my suitcase and the security man would not open the regular door and made me go through the revolving door. When I was leaving the hotel he yelled “Kiss mir am tuches”. That was my warm and elegant goodbye. Other than that I love the hotel and it was a joy,
