I want to commend two employees at the Cinema Hotel in Tel Aviv for above and beyond the call of duty service when they kindly collaborated to return to us a duffel bag of excess luggage that my husband and I inadvertently left at their hotel when we stayed there last week. When we got home to Texas and realized...

Cinema Hotel is first of all very central, close to the beach, the central roads, buses etc. A cosy place with personal treatment at the reception. Free of charge wi-fi as well as a well-organized happy hour on the roof bar with free wine and snacks. We also enjoyed the free bicycles. Rooms are rather small and room service allows...

We stayed at The Cinema at the start and end of our 3 week trip to Israel (8 nights in all). Loved the history and decor of the 1930's theatre turned hotel. It is in a very convenient location. The Cinema is spotless/well maintained. Our rooms were small but completely functional. The breakfast buffet was plentiful, fresh and fabulous, happy...

Lovely hotel, very central. Quite small rooms! Great breakfast. All what was needed, we got. However, we had to beg every night for wash cloths or as called in the hotel, towels for the face. It would be nice to get them in the room daily.

Compared to the big chain hotels, this Cinema Hotel has the right atmosphere. I was up graded, which helped. But then again, I paid $240....Nice room with all necessary features. Excellent bed and shower. Good breakfast and nice happy hour, although a beer would be appreciated.

This was our second stay at the Cinema Hotel, by choice. ...right in the middle of Tel Aviv, on Dizengoff Circle and in a revamped historic movie house full of nostalgia. The front desk are very helpful, printing directions, calling taxis, finding out info on museums etc. Breakfast, included, is a real Israeli experience, full of fresh salads, fishes , cheeses...

Beautiful boutique hotel. Converted cinema, retaining many artefacts from its former days. Rooms not huge but well equipped . Nice sun deck with free drinks and nibbles on offer each day. Breakfast of high standard. Staff at reception very helpful . Perfect central position, just 10 min walk to beach and in the heart of the city..

We just returned from two weeks in Israel and stayed at the Cinema at the beginning and end of the trip. Overall, our experience was excellent. The staff could not have been nicer or more helpful. The hotel itself is fine...nothing fancy but clean. The 4th floor terrace is lovely and the afternoon Happy Hour makes the stay truly special....
