In Tel Aviv if you want to be downtown, in the true center city and not on the beach, The Cinema hotel is the place to be. You can't beat the low rates. If you like Bauhaus, or movies, you'll enjoy this hotel. It is plain, good for a few nights and not more than a few nights. There are...

This is the sort of hotel I wanted to give a 5* review to but can't. The staff at check-in were warm and welcoming and the location (for a non-beach front hotel in Tel Aviv) is good and very accessible to all parts of the city. Where things fell down was with the housekeeping - I stayed for five nights...

Dear hb133, Thank you for your candid review, we appreciate you taking the time to write it. We are happy to hear you were pleased with the location of the hotel, our large breakfast buffet, and found our staff to be welcoming and friendly. We were concerned when we read your comments regarding housekeeping. Sheets are changed every other day...

Had a lovely anniversary weekend getaway at the Cinema Hotel. The cinema / pictures theme is felt throughout the hotel with interesting display cases and photos throughout. We enjoyed an old black & white movie in the lobby as well as Happy Hour on the rooftop terrace! Breakfast was plentiful and delicious with a nice variety of salads, cheeses, fruit...

Booked a last minute stay with the Atlas Group of Hotels (The Cinema Hotel) based upon some guide book research that I had done. I must say it was money well spent! The staff was professional and most helpful at every turn. My only complaint was that the bath towels seemed a bit worn or old. This hotel is a...
