We stayed here for 4 nights in August and had 2 Seaview rooms. The views were great. Both rooms were up to date and very nice. They were each serviced twice a day every day of the trip. The breakfast was included with our room and the buffet was delicious. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again or recommend the property. Also, the location is right on an active beach so that there is always plenty going on. Th rooftop views from the pool and hot tub were also great.
i tried by phone for a whole day to reserve a room for 650$. the reservation team didn't answer my questions and didn't call back. after many calls i decided to skip such a hotel and give my money to a better one. i was really dissapointed by the hotel level of service.
We stayed at the Carlton for 6 nights in August. The location is great, excellent facilities and amazing staff. We had the breakfast each morning which was also terrific. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Gila, in particular, was amazing. I lost a pair of earrings and the person who found them came to the hotel to drop them off for me. Gila personally came to my room to hand deliver them! On our last day the sirens
Not a 5 star hotel. Room was outdated. Dirty walls and bathroom full of mould. Furniture was very old. The mini bar has not been cleaned in ages. No housekeeping for 2 of the 3 days I stayed there. One night there was no electricity in the room and when I contacted reception, the recepcionist told me to insert the card in the slot, but the room was so old that there was no slot for that. Not helpful at all. When checking out, there was no recepcionist and had to leave my room number with the only person there. Won't be staying there again.
Of the six hotels my wife have had the pleasure to stay at along the beach in Tel Aviv, the Carlton has been our hotel of choice. This was mainly due to: Location, Food (breakfast), Atmosphere, Cleanliness, Pool, Price, and Staff; and we have stayed there quite a few times. A while ago we read that the Carlton, along with the “garage” just to its south, was going to torn down and replaced with Condos. This made us a little hesitant about staying there on this trip because we thought they might be failing to maintain it. Nothing could have been further from the truth. The hotel was in tip-top shape. When asked about this, management said it would be many years before that project would be started - if it even ever was, and that they planned to be around for a long time. As such the hotel is still being well maintained and updated. My wife and I are looking forward to staying there again in the near future, G-d willing.…
We weren’t sure where we wanted to stay in Tel Aviv and we looked at a number of different options. We are very happy we chose to stay at the Carlton. Our room was very comfortable, they were able to arrange an adjoining room that connected which made it even more convenient. The hotel is very well-maintained, the staff is all very helpful, the location is great, we were very comfortable. We stayed in a room on the club floor and the lounge is very nice and the staff cares about making it enjoyable for you. I would highly recommend it and plan on coming back.
Stayed in July of 2022. We payed over $500 per night for a queen bedroom. There are a number of issues. This hotel needs some serious upgrades. The bathrooms are in need of renovations. The faucets are old, sinks are cracked. The carpet is freyed. A/C turns off in the room after a few hours. This is a 3 star hotel at best. The WiFi is 10 mbs. It's 2022! A good note; the staff is outstanding.
We have just returned from spending two weeks at the Carlton in Tel Aviv and had a thoroughly enjoyable time. The staff were all so helpful and friendly nothing too much trouble We did though have a room on the club level, with a gorgeous sea view, this gave us access to the executive lounge which we used all the time, it was open till 11pm and was well stocked with food and drinks. Breakfast was a typical Israeli one you had every choice imaginable. The pool area is not the biggest but it is well maintained and there are plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas, the pool attendants are constantly bringing you water and checking you have enough shade if you need it. It does however get very busy on a Friday and Saturday . The guys at the front desk seem to know everything about getting you to places and they always remembered to ask how your day had been I’d definitely stay there again…
Great service and the loungs is fatastic. Also the breakfast was excellent - lots of good fish and fruit, as well as a good ambiance. Concierge very helful with looking after our car, as well as with ther issues.
I can definitely recommend this hotel when looking for a 1st class hotel in Tel Aviv . Superb location, accommodation and service . Amongst the top hotels in Tel Aviv. Photos of standard room and rooftop pool.
