There are many fine hotels located along the beach strip in downtown Tel Aviv. However the one factor that separates the Intercontinental from its rivals is its superlative service. Though not directly on the beach, the hotel's proximity to both Neve Tzedek and Jaffa is a major plus. The ballrooms and lobby are both immaculate and impressive plus we had...

Service is non-existent, and property is worn hard and dated. Even in updated room from recent renovation, furniture is roughly scuffed and poorly maintained, and closet fixtures are damaged. When we checked in, there was a huge puddle on our bathroom floor from some sort of leak that went unchecked. There (still) are crayon drawings on the bathroom counter from...

Late night check-in slow. Room size and standard average. Bathroom large with good water pressure in the shower. Limited choice of food due to Pessach holiday. Pool busy with unfriendly service staff.

Just finished a two night stay at this wonderful hotel. The room, king sized bed, was clean, well-equipped and up to date. The internet speed was first class and as IHG club members was free. The service was exceptional. All employees from bell hops, check in desk, health club, lobby bar were friendly and timely in serving our needs. The...

We booked four rooms at this wonderful hotel on our first trip to Israel as a family. They permitted us to check in early to some of our rooms and provided a complimentary breakfast while we waited for the others to be ready. All were ready within an hour. Each aspect of the hotel, rooms, breakfast, bars, etc were fantastic....

We stay here most months often booking two rooms. We booked our favourite room only to be told on arrival that it was not available and the receptionist ga e us keys to another room. It was small, poky, with a restricted view and smelt as if someone has been smoking and a very pungent and unpleasant air freshener had...

Great location right off the beach and a pleasant walk from Yafo or the beaches. The room was nice and the bathroom was good. The daily breakfast was excellent with just about every food you could think of. There were 2 or 3 more expensive hotels in Tel Aviv in the super-luxury category but at the $300'ish level, this hotel...

I stayed for 8 days for a business trip, and the hotel was amazing and really accommodating. Adding the club lounge to your hotel package is definitely worth it, breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffet, and unlimited drinks. The spa was great, and the CHE bar was a bit expensive, but we are in Tel-Aviv, but the staff were great. Overall,...

Very good reception service. Room relatively spacious and well appointed. Comfortable bed. Wifi good but not great speed. Breakfast buffet reasonably priced with good selection of food catering to most tastes. Did not have much chance to use other facilities due to short stay. would definitely return on next visit
