This hotel advertises itself as a lively boutique establishment. Imagine our disappointment when we found out that the relatively pretty building housed not even a breakfast. The hotel feels like an airport business hotel, the walls are so thin that you can hear entire conversations in neighboring rooms. The AC is painfully inefficient in Tel Aviv's hot weather and just ad an added absurdity the speaker of the TV was IN THE BATHROOM. We felt we had been scammed and sold a fraudulent product and the staff did not cooperate with us in any way.

So disappointed with my experience at this hotel. We booked two years ago, they wouldn’t give us the money back just a credit. The breakfast was really disappointing at least a five minute walk, 15 mins if you get lost which I did ! Was like a youth hostel when I got there. So sub standard for an Israeli breakfast. Despite showing a full, illuminated bar there were no alcoholic drinks whatsoever, not even a Diet Coke! I emailed the hotel got no response. Even the receptionist said ‘they won’t reply, they don’t care.’ It’s £250 per night for a room, no service.

Really disappointed. The hotel has a lot of historical “good reviews” but the reviews posted over the last couple of months give a true reflection of how poor this hotel is, especially through the eyes of a Business traveller. Major Cons - No breakfast service at the hotel (breakfast served outside of the hotel property in another property which is a 5Min walk from the hotel - No MiniBar or Complimentary Water in the room - TV in the room, but no English Channels (half the channels do not work) - No Room Service (in-room Dinning) at the hotel - No concierge Service or Front Desk Support - A/C is a disaster (AC ducts haven’t been cleared in a while > I was I’ll for 2 -Days and in the end end decided to turn it off before I got more I’ll). - No Taxi service available from the Hotel (unless your heading to the airport) - customer service is non existent - the walls are wafer thin. I was in room 29 and when laying in bed could here the room next door showering through the walls. Major Benefits - Good location (That’s it).…

It is a very pretty property in a great location. The stuff is cordial but mostly unhelpful. The venue is not as advertised. There is no breakfast in the hotel (starts at 9:00 at a place a block away). Internet was spotty and TV dysfunctional. This is a good spot for the night but a very bad fit for a business travel.

Unfortunately I didn't read the other recent reviews. We spent 3 days for a business trip. The hotel is practically not operating except for some rooms that are open. It's dirty and not offering anything other than keys to a room. That's as basic as it gets. The location is fantastic but look at other options in the neighbourhood. Stay away from here.

Good location. No bar. No minibar. Noise from the Main Street. Very limited TV channels. Bathroom is very good.poor breakfast in a small unpleasant place 5 min walk from the hotel. We felt it’s only a place to sleep. Non welcoming experience from the receptionist Will not stay again.

Poor hospitality, lousy maintenance and nonprofessional service. Unreliable advertising and misleading promises. The bath was broken, the Jacuzzi defective, no atmosphere at all. Of course, no bar, no bistro and no drinks (including lacking of mineral water). Why do they open at all?!

Disregard ALL reviews before COVID. It all changed now. After reopening they offer NO SERVICES and suspended everything like breakfast, room service, concierge, even reception! Bistro is closed, bar is closed. No SPA or anything. Nothing! Now they offer nothing but room. But the real awful thing is that they do not update information on their website or any other booking platform and continue to charge high rates despite the fact that all services are suspended indefinitely. We booked a 4 night stay at this hotel for our wedding anniversary weekend and emailed property about this occasion. We also told that my wife is 6 moths pregnant and asked the staff to provide us with a pleasant smooth stay. Our booking was canceleable until a certain day, but hotel did not respond to us like “hey we are waiting for you, thank for choosing us for your special occasion.” “Oh and by the way here is IMPORTANT information ….” NO! They did not email us when we made a booking, instead 2 days AFTER our booking was non-refundable they sent us a message saying “hey we do not have reception, come to another address 500m away”. And they also said “well ypu can find another place to stay” WHAT?? Boutique hotel for 500$ a night no reception? And still NO information regarding no services. This was worrrying but whatever. On the day of the check in I call to double check the information regarding weird check in address, and the guy on the phone says “by the way there’s no breakfast and bar is closed”. What? Seriously? After more than 2 hours on the phone they said “hey we do not care that you can anniversary or that you are pregnant or that it is check in day.” OF YOU CHANGE SOMETHING YOU UPDATE INFORMATION! Everywhere! On every platform where you dare to charge people money! If you are stupid enough to forget you apologize! If you see an email from a couple that 6month pregnant woman is having an anniversary celebration DO YOUR JOB AND INFORM THEM ABOUT THE THINGS YOU OFFER AND THE THINGS YOU DO NOT. DO NOT RUIN THEIR STAY. This is not how HOSPITALITY industry works. Ignorant, awful, greedy people! We never came to this disgusting place. Stay away as well! (There are screenshots attached from their website on the day of the check in where all services they DO NOT provide are listed as working as usual. Did not have time to screenshot all other booking platforms where they dis not update the info as well)…

Stayed for one night .. romantic get away.. Lovely setting. Beautiful building.. the rooms beautiful. Clean . We got a suite .. two bathrooms.. shower and bath.. Located just next to Habima theatre. The heart of Tell Aviv. We parked in the next door hotel complimentary.
