Do not know where to start. The new hotel management it very rude. Parking is not included anymore. No guess in the pool that most of the time empty because you cannot bring a friend. Noise of drilling from other room. Horrible service, no towels (is it motel?). I will never going back to this hotel.
This very clean, airy aparthotel is situated right on the beach at Ramat Aviv. Though there's no direct path to the beach, its only a short walk down the side road and you're there. The swimming pool on complex has all day sun. One warning is that the decking around the pool gets burning hot in the sunshine and sandals/slip-ons are a must. The room was just the job, with a separate bedroom and balcony. Cleaned daily and towels replenished also. There is no restaurant on site, and though listed as including breakfast, this is just not true. Also it states that there is free parking on site. Also not true though there is a free open car park very close by. Having a car would be ideal here, or go by taxi to get anyplace. A 15 minute drive to Tel Aviv Port, 10 mins to Herzaliya Petuach (beach). It is possible to walk along the beach to Herzaliya Marina (about 1 mile). Its a really nice walk and highly recommended. Lots of shops and restaurants there. One warning about the photo of the hotel. The see facing rooms are privately owned and the aparthotel has the use of the rooms at the side only so do be aware when booking. Go for a higher floor.…
We spent some days with the family and the room is very family friendly. The hotel offers the typical buffet breakfast which was good. The staff was friendly and the facilities were well maintained. Although the hotel is not in the city center, if you have a car, it is OK.
The area of the hotel is a bit desolate, but feels very safe and it's right on the beach! The suites were beautiful and modern, the rooms we were in had amazing views of the sea. Best of all, while the breakfast buffet is not the biggest, it may be the best included breakfast we've ever had. Made to order coffees, fresh juices, Mediterranean and European breakfast items and pastries, just amazing!
This hotel is dirty, broken and it smells. Definitely not a 5 star experience. We checked in and got a room with sheets with holes in it, dusty windows and curtains, dusty sheets and smell of air freshener. The hotel was facing a constructions site, not near the beach as promised.
I can't recommend it. Rooms are OK and large, but TV are old, and music machine even older. The hotel is very far from city center and there is nothing around, even not restaurants. Only 2 very very expensive in a building beside. If you need to go somewhere you will need a taxi, and when we asked for one with Visa payment system,, the concierge called one who wants cash and asked for 20 eur more than agreed, be care. Also they have not contactless Visa system. There is only a restaurant for breakfast, closed for dinner several days and there is any bar to take any snack or coffee in the lobby. If you think in be in an apartment.. Far from the city... OK... But not as an Hotel.
This hotel is far from Tel Aviv its sells like a boutique hotel and its not true. The dont even have services like a 5 star hotel. I recomend that you stay in another place near the acción. You cant even find a Soda at 9 p.m. un this place... i dont recomend it.
Excellent experience in a very nice environment friendly staff sparkling clean delicious breakfast close to the see less than a minute! Close to the center of Tel Aviv city no traffic .... I definitely recommend the West hotel to everyone Fantastic!!!!
Stayed there for one night. The place is beautiful. The staff is friendly and helpful. The room is large includes bedroom, living room and kitchen. Very good breakfast and very good price. Recommended.
Beautiful hotel and very clean. Hotel is slightly out of town centre which was nice and peaceful . No noisy traffic instead the sound of waves as it was next to the sea. Excellent customer service. Moshe was very exceptional! He went the extra mile. Highly recommend. We had a pleasant stay
