We spent a week in this hotel. Great service and very pleasant staff! I wanted to mention Alon who was super welcoming and helpful. The hotel is very warm, very well located. We will definitely be back! Thank you very much to you
Stunning interior decor, amazing rooftop and beautiful rooms - not to mention the breakfast was beyond delicious!!! Would highly recommend this hotel to all future travellers. You will feel very relaxed at the end of it The front desk team are also super helpful.
This is a really lovely boutique hotel. The area is perfect - next to all the bustle of Shuk HaCarmel and Nahalat Binyamin, yet the hotel itself is on a quiet street which is wonderful. Staff are nice and the place is clean. They recently got going again after the pandemic so the ground floor and roof top bars are still closed. It'll be nice when they re-open. Parking underneath is a blessing in this area. Two notes for the management: (1) when a customer approaches and stands at the reception desk, the person behind the desk should put their bloody iPhone down and give some attention instead tapping away at Instagram or whatever for another minute. Really unprofessional. (2) When a guest asks for a taxi to be booked.... book the bloody taxi, don't say "if it's not for the airport I can show you how to use the Gett Taxi app and you can do it yourself". Jeez. Anyway, gripes aside, I'll likely come back.…
Great location and services. Small room but a great value. Would absolutely stay again! We enjoyed the hot tub and the rooftop lounge. Chocolates and coffee were a nice touch. Thanks for the nice room and great staff.
I had a great experience at this hotel. The rooms are small, but nice and funky inside with a great balcony. Also, the location is amazing, so it's nice to be in the heart of it all. Elan at the front desk was so welcoming, and they were so accommodating to my needs.
My husband and I wanted a last-minute overnight in Tel Aviv and we could not have chosen a better hotel. The location is amazing, the staff friendly and helpful, the property clean and modern.. Includes parking!! Don't forget to check out the amazing roof-top. Daniel, the manager, was incredibly helpful and professional.
great hotel with friendly staff. the bar on the rooftop is outstanding. you can see the sea and nice skyscrappers aroud. There is good bars around as well. but on the rooftop is the nicest. The sea is 5 mins walk
amazing location. super clean. super amazing interior. super cool roof to chill . me and my BF spent an amazing weekend away. extra fine dining around and lively area/ the tub didn't work but the matter was handled very professionally by the staff. ! will defintely go again !
We had a deal including massage at the hotel's spa and breakfast at a nearby cafe. The room was small but comfortable and quite well equipped, although there were less amenities than usual at such hotels (such as soaps/shampoos, no coffee machine). The location is great, just at the middle of Tel Aviv's center, but of course that parking is a big & expensive problem as the hotel's parking lot is very limited. There is an open roof top with sun-bathing beds & chairs, but the jacuzzi was not available and this should have been notified in advance or at least at check-in. Anyway, I would have given 5 stars or at least 4.5 stars.
the hotel is located in the very heart of tel aviv, in between the restaurants. so inspite iof the bad Corona negative vibe, with the restrictions etc...we could still find enough places to hange out with our 10 months old daughter. the staff is very helpfull and regardless if it is an early morning or late after mid night, are alwyas with a smile on their face that adds to the whole experience. A great loacation for a perfect vocation
