The staff and the amenities are what makes this my stop whenever I travel to TA. The location is superb; the rooms have what we all need, including Nespresso; a 15 minute free massage every day can't be beat. And yes, they do spoil you at every breakfast.
The boutique Shalom & Relax hotel is a jewel in Tel Aviv: 2 minutes walk to the seaside by crossing a green park, no noises in the room, new and well maintained furniture, a refreshing terrace overlooking the sea, a welcome drink, a delicious and varied breakfast, free towels and water in the morning. a much appreciated 2-hours snak in the afternoon!. The room not so big, but enough for 2 persons. The courtesy of the staff is a plus to make a holiday at its best. Congratulations for the superb hotel management and the friendly care of guests. A not-to-be-missed spot in Tel Aviv.
The LOCATION of Shalom Hotel is perfect. It's central and 3 minute walk from the [in my opinion] best beach in Tel Aviv, the Hilton Beach. It's smaller and quieter than other beaches in Tel Aviv and has 3 special sections: gay, dogs and water sports (lots of surfing). 5 minutes cycle ride takes you to an extensive Hayarkon Park with cacti and tropical gardens and lots of amusement for children. 20 minutes cycle ride takes you to Jaffa at the opposite side of Tel Aviv. The hotel is small compared to its giant neighbours such as Hilton, but it has much better ATMOSPHERE. You really find a family abroad here. Everyone is super nice and helpful, all staff speak perfect English. Rooms are cosy and CLEAN. The smaller one that we had was a bit tight, but there was space for one large suitcase in the cupboard and we put the smaller suitcase inside. The hotel is able to book TRIPS with an excellent agency. We'd recommend the trip to Jericho (the oldest settlement in the world), river Jordan (Jesus's christening place) and to the Dead Sea with them. It's probably better to visit Jerusalem with them as well as if you do it yourself it may be time-consuming trying to find your way around. The hotel can also book your TRANSFER from the Ben Gurion airport (the queue for taxis may be very long). Or use Gett app to get a taxi on the spot (similar to Uber). If you travel on Sabbath or a Jewish holiday, taxi may be your only options as public transport is not running. Shalom is very GENEROUS with complimentary bikes, happy hour almost every day and a short Swedish massage for everyone.…
A very nice boutique hotel: the staff is very friendly and competent, the rooms are spacious and very nice, homely feeling. Food delicious and extremely well situated, just across from the beach and walking distance from downtown Tel Aviv.
Small, convenient, well managed, excellent staff, great breakfast, a lot of small pleasant extras, like massage, happy hour, beach towels, free bottles of drinking water. The rooms are nice as well. This is going to be the hotel we stay when in Tel Aviv.
We were welcomed very friendly at check in, room was a bit small, but clean and had everything we needed. They take such good care of everyone getting you everything you need. And they offer a great breakfast, a towel bag to go to the beach and a great 5pm-7pm happy hour with a good selection of drink and bites. A great place to stay and enjoy beautiful Tel Aviv. The sea is just across the street and the roof top is a great place to enjoy the sun with a view of the sea.

We had an excellent overnight stay at Shalom Hotel. The staff were so friendly and helpful, the breakfast of fresh foods was brilliant and the fresh, clean decor, bright airy room and extremely comfy beds with smooth cotton sheets made it all a very good overnight stay. The location is also very good with a short walk to Tel Aviv's amazing beach.
I just had my 4th stay at Shalom Hotel Relax - the location is perfectly situated across from the best beach, and easy walk to the port and Dizengoff Square. Their breakfast is so delicious, gourmet food - the desserts, and egg dishes, and everything else, plus happy hour late in the day - there is no need to eat outside of the hotel. I had a room on the top floor, with a jacuzzi, overlooking the sea, wow - spacious and comfy. I like the 15 min massage they give to guests on the roof. Looking forward to coming back next summer. Thank you for your wonderful caring hospitality.
Lovely boutique hotel in Tel Aviv! The room was a nice size, very clean and quiet. There was a great selection at breakfast ! It’s only a five minute walk to the beach. All of the staff were incredibly helpful, friendly and accommodating. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Tel Aviv.
