I stayed several time in Israel. Shalom is definitely my favorite in Atlas group and also among others like Sheraton hotel. Hotel is facing the seaside. There is no sea view but walking to nice harbour is few minutes. What I like most is the lobby and nice friendly staff who are so friendly that you feel at home. They...

The last time we visited Israel, we had a very good experience at the Atlas group of hotels in Jerusalem. I decided to give the one across the road from the Sea a try. You have the feeling, immediately on entering, that you are in a B & B. Even before check in, you are offered something to drink and...

In order to have a consistent experience, I often choose a large chain. In Israel, however, I love the Atlas chain. I recently stayed twice at the Shalom Hotel and Relax in Tel Aviv and one other Atlas hotel. What a pleasure! This hotel is beach themed and intimate. The breakfast is excellent and plentiful. I really enjoy Israeli breakfasts...

Perfect place to stay in Tel Aviv. Location to the beach is perfect. Friendly staff . Rooms are little bit smal, but clean and cosy. Breakfast is superb. Also a very pleasant daily happy hour. The atmosphere is really that of what you expect from a boutique hotel

The staff is super nice and welcoming. From the moment we walked in we were pampered. They serve fresh macaroons when you check in, then invited us to the happy hour in the lobby, then things kept getting better as we entered our room and saw we had robes and slippers AND the most amazing spa gift package! There were...

My wife and I really enjoyed this property. Great customer service, comfy rooms, excellent breakfasts and close to the beach. The parking is a bit of a hassle (and is somewhat expensive) but that was a minor issue.

An indescribable aura gets this nice boutique hotel a "five." The rooms are fine. Not spectacular, but just fine. It's the way the place is organized and the incredibly gracious people who work there that puts this hotel ahead of others at which we've stayed. The lobby doubles as the breakfast / happy hour spot. It is large and comfortable...

The breakfast and staff here are top-notch, rooms are gorgeous, and overall was a great experience. But one of the highlights was the happy hour at sunset with snacks and drinks in the beautiful lobby. Would stay here if coming to Tel Aviv again.

Solid location in Tel Aviv. Helpful front desk offered a few dinner recommendations and set up a last minute reservation for us after a long day of travel to arrive in Tel Aviv. We had a first floor room that was comfortable. Bathroom was a bit small.

Very nice hotel. Will definitely come back again. The breakfast is spectacular and very tasting (no meat!). Avoid rooms on the ground floor close to reception and elevator (no. 11 / 12) and facing to the street due to noise.
