Fabulous hotel in the best location for beaches with an amazing view from our room on the third floor. The balcony was quite big and the bedroom was large, super modern with a very comfortable king size bed. The large shower deserves a special mention and probably had the best spray head that I have experienced. Definitely a 5 star experience and will stay here again.
It is a beautiful hotel. There is definitely a communication problem if you are English speaking and can’t speak Hebrew. The rooms are spacious. There is only a shower in the bathroom ie no bath. The shower is modern and powerful. The bathroom is separated from the bedroom with a glass enclosure. This may be awkward for some people. We had a sea facing room. The rooms that overlooked the lobby would need to have their drapes (curtains) closed all the time. The pool and deck are very small but they do the job. It is very useful to have a pool during the hot summer months in Tel Aviv. The location is amazing! It is right across the street from the beach. Carmel market is a short stroll away. There are so many eating places nearby. The breakfasts are outstanding. I would stay here again.…
We had a problem with the room we booked. Taken care of in an hour by Moti, the best reservations guy i ever met, and I'm in the hotel biz. Lovely room, great Israeli breakfast, wonderful staff. nice but small roof top pool. Waiters and waitresses from Ukraine... had emotional positive conversations. I'd come back
The amount of mistakes they did was unreal. My sister was getting married the day after, and she paid for the suite for 2 nights. When we came to claim the room, they said that we can’t get inside now, but only tomorrow because there was a problem with the room. Even tho she paid for a suite and in the reservation confirmation it was written she can check in at 15:00. Next morning, the AC stopped to work in all the hotel (35 degrees in tel aviv!!!! Hell) She is a freaking bride in her wedding day, and she was sweaty and sad all the day. Thennnn they told us that there won’t be running water between 22:00-5:00 and so they won’t be able to shower and get clean after the wedding! If that’s not enough - they didn’t clean the room!!! My sister and her husband got back to a filthy dirty room, the door was open, dirty towels and everything is messy. DONT EVER BOOK THIS HORRIBLE PLACE. the staff was so unprofessional and rude, it was insane. Do yourself a favour and DONT EVER COME HERE.…
The hotel is in a great location right in the middele of the main beach area. The staff were amazing as they were so helpful and friendly. The reception and the waiting staff at breakfast could not be more herlpful and always with a smile. The rooms are a good size and well appointed. We could not wish for anything more from a hotel - Highly recommended.
Brand spanking new hotel, great location on the beach but also well located for many of the sights. Fab rooms and bathrooms. Main source of dropped marks is the slightly underwhelming breakfast (range and also keeping it stocked up), and also a bit of squeeze on table availability. A minor niggle is the apparent lack of staircases, the hotel is only three stories, the lift can get quite busy so sometimes it would be easier to simply use the stairs - if only they didn’t have Escher-like levels of complexity.
I have only good things to say about the opera Hotel in Tel Aviv The staff was very accommodating to our wants and needs the breakfast was wonderful the room was very clean The only hiccup is the parking but in Tel Aviv there is a parking shortage Overall great experience five stars
HOPING SOMEONE FROM THE HOTEL CAN HELP NOW BEFORE WE LEAVE Im Hoping someone from the Hotel can help me. We rented 3 rooms for 7 nights beginning on July 3rd and Checking out on July 10th. The reservations are under my wife’s name Mary Almosny. We checked in on the 3rd after a very long flight very tired. The AC did not work in 2 our of 2 rooms. Originally our rooms where 418, 419 and 420. That night we had 3 separate AC technicians come and check the AC and they all told us to give it 30 - 45 minutes each time - so that night of July the 3rd we wasted 2-3 hours hours and the ACs did not work at all. My kids in room 418 did not sleep at all and neither did we in room 419 - the room was very hot - it was too hot the passage to the room was significantly cooler. In the morning of July 4th, we came down let the lobby know of the problem and were told they would have it fixed by the time we arrived, we spoke to Moti that morning. When we returned at around 4 pm on July 4th - the problem was not solved - we asked to move our kids from the worst AC room 418 - so they did to 421. Again to recap room 419 the AC did not work either. But we gave it the chance again for Moti and the technician to resolve. After another 3 hours of waiting and waiting in the lobby at 7 pm I dediced to speak to someone who looked like a manager sitting in the lobby working on a computer. His name is Nimrod. He told me they would fix it asap and he would go over it. After another hour - with no solution I did not want to have another night where the room is too hot to sleep and told Nimrod Ï needed 2 new rooms for that night. To recap - I spent 3 hours waiting in the 3rd no solution and 4 of us could not sleep at night. Then another 4 hours on July 4th. The front desk was a total mess. When Moti took us up to see other rooms - my only requirement was that the AC was blowing COLD in the rooms. We found room 330 which is cold and room 322 - but before that he took us to 3 different rooms in the 4th floor in order to remain together - but what he thought would be clean ready rooms where eitheir occupied of very hot as well so we wasted another 30-60 minutes. That is 8 hours of our vacation wasted to far in 2 days - because of hotel issues - not really ok at all. We changed rooms another time as I mentioned to rooms 322, 330 and kept 420 that was find from the beginning. So another packing into the suitcase and moving for a 2nd time. OK so last night room 330 had no issues - works well my kids slept well BUT room 330 where my wife and I sleep the AC works BUT it turns off every 1-2 hours - I woke up 3 times in the middle of the night sweating with no AC in the Tel Aviv summer - and did not sleep again. I spoke to Nimrod this morning early at around 7-8 am when I left the room after not sleeping told him of the problem - he texted someone and I left for a day trip outside of Tel Aviv. I arrived at night and the AC in my room was off - same as it happened last night - so I know nothing changed. I am very disappointed in the fact that we had to 1) not be able to sleep when we paid for good hotels rooms at the Opera and 2) wasted so far 8+ hours of our vacation because of the issue and STILL dont have 3 good rooms. I think it is very unprofessional from the everybody involved to allow this to happen KNOWING the problem exists because we told them every time.…
A small hotel with very friendly staff that went out of their way to make the stay very pleasurable. Although there are roadworks outside of the building this didn’t effect the trip. The hotel is excellently positioned on the beach. There is a small deck and very small plunge pool to sit out, all clean and modern with towels layer ready for use. The bedroom had small faults but this didn’t spoil the trip
This modern hotel is well situated for easy access to the beach and restaurants. The rooms are clean and well maintained. Lots of construction and road closure but do not let that deter you from staying here. There is a wide variety of food available for breakfast . The staff are friendly are helpful. The rain shower is amazing especially after a long tiring day. I arrived on an early morning flight and the admin at the counter assisted me with a room before the recommended check in time and ensured I was comfortable. The only disappointing part of the hotel it does not have restaurant to order food for example you cannot get sandwich for lunch or supper. Nevertheless I will definitely be staying in this hotel during my next visit to Tel Aviv.
