The location is really the only decent thing about this hotel. The staff is terribly unwilling to help it's customers and absolutely rude. Whoever answers their phone is a real jerk. I've never dealt with somebody quite as difficult as this guy...which is saying a lot since he's in the customer service industry. International flights into Tel Aviv land late...

Please don’t stay in this place, everyone was rude, the manager is impolite and treated us very badly. First we didn’t know that there was no reception during the night. We arrived at 1am and had to call the number in the door. The manager answered the call abruptly and told us that the key was in a safe inside...

Firstly, the place has no reception as such what so ever. We arrived there very early in the morning and were told that keys will be in the safe next to elevator. There were 4 keys in the safe and we had no idea which one was hours. So we basically just went through all the rooms and decided ourselves...

We stayed on the topfloor, with a great balcony next to a large apt, including kitchen. Clean, large, very satisfying. Landlord / guard is reachable by phone, noty very present at the location on Ben Yehuda Street. Is both an advantage and a disadvantage.

Just to add to the reviews that were here before: they are small cockroaches in the kitchen yes. We honestly only saw 2-3 so small that we killed them, sweeped them up and threw it in the bin. Compared to the massive disgusting creatures walking around the streets at night, that was nothing. The reception also depends. I've heard and...

I've never had such a bad experience in my life. The people working there were incredibly impolite and disrespectful. When I came to the office to check in they sent me to a whole different apartment block 25min away from the original one! Then they ordered me to pay directly, when I said I would pay with checkout they started...
