I recently completed my 4th stay at this hotel, which I previously stayed at in 2015 ( 2 stays) and 2017, and it was as wonderful as the previous visits.

I booked directly on the IHG site for a Friday to Saturday stay and arrived early and was greeted by Omer, who accommodated my request for an early check-in and late checkout at no extra charge as well as my desired room.

The room was very well appointed, being extremely spacious and clean with everything I needed and a glorious bathroom with a separate bathtub and shower.

The hotel is connected to the Azrieli Shopping Mall, which is connected to the Hashalom Train Station with trains to the airport and Jerusalem( doesnt operate on Shabbat), which makes it the perfect location if one doesn't have a vehicle and no need for a taxi.

Another reason I love this hotel is they have a Full Service Gym ( Holmes Place) which I always use

Very well located, connected to one of the airport high speed railway station. So one can easily take the train from TLV airport and walk to the reception. Connected to a shopping mall and food court. Overall therefore very high degree of convenience.
Room size is excellent (we were of course upgraded), and IHG status genuinely honoured (even if you have booked through points).
Our stay experience was enhanced by a gentleman called Pasha. He was omnipresent, and very helpful. When we enquired whether there’s an elevator to the station level, (my wife had a bad knee and was unable to handle steps), Pasha offered to go to the station and check! He reached our baggage in the evening and carried it back when we were checking out. He acted as the Concierge also beyond office hours.
Had breakfast in the hotel and found the variety as per standards expected. Crowne Plaza Tel Aviv CC will not disappoint you. The only feedback i have is that the invoice which the receptionist promised to e mail me (she took my e mail id on a piece of paper, although it’s available as I am an IHG member), never came in.

Hoteling is something we love to stay for both pleasure and business, I usually look at everything once I like to book a hotel, this is why as a fashion photographer, I look at things also in a different point of view than normal, this is when the standards will be higher, and will be great for whoever thinking to book and be greater for them as well.

The hotel itself is a very nice class, let's talk about the location, its located in a nice place where the mall is just outside the gate of the building, a very big supermarket to get whatever you think about, the full mall, not just to eat or have coffee, but you can shop for whatever you think of.

Walking around the area, you will also be able to reach different unique outdoors high class mall, and then to the city center where everything is.

The hotel is self is great, the rooms extremely got a warm feeling, with an amazing comfortable bed, the bathroom is a different world, the bath top and the shower are just amazing, one for relaxing with a room view from the window bathroom to the room itself, and whenever you wanna have great relaxing shower, then it's just next to it. as you see in the photos.

Rooms got great 24 room service,  mineral water bottles all time, coffee - tea and a real espresso machine, sugar, cups and spoons, with a real clean kittle to boil water.

Around evening time everyday someone come to check if you need more water, towels or extras missing. That's a great winning card.

The hotel also got full gym, not just a hotel gym, but full real gym, they give you at the front desk to access a full gym got all you need from spa, indoors swimming pool, jacuzzi, and you don't need to leave the hotel building, it just a different floor.

The Breakfast in the hotel, matches the hotel standards as well, great selection of food, they can make you fresh cappuccino or americano from a real machine as you get from any coffee shops, plus they have the normal quick machine. The food is always in full plates, a great selection of eggs the chief makes for you as you customize it.

My thoughts to take from this hotel for other people read this review is just book it and don't think too much. The management is nothing but great, staff are polite and smiley, and they really make sure they want you to have a pleasant stay, cause the hotel itself is really so comfortable that, I would love to stay longer and for sure I love to come back again.

Enjoy the photos I will post here from the hotel itself and just book it and don't think too much. Its worth it. cause you will enjoy it.

I spent four nights in February 2024 at the Crowne Plaza, Azrieli Tower. It was an excellent stay, as were all my previous stays in this hotel. This business hotel is very well-located, with efficient, direct and cheap access to and from the airport and Jerusalem - the train station is a 2min walk from the station. It is also right next to a beautiful mall, with great cafés, shops and cinema. The hotel clientele includes business people and families. A very good mix. The room is spacious, luxurious and extremely well sound-proofed. I was upgraded. Beautiful views of the city. The room has both a bath and shower, with very good products. The breakfast is plentiful and very tasty, with very attentive and professional staff, including the Guest Relations Manager. Well done!

We had 2 rooms and had an enjoyable and relaxing one night stay. All staff were efficient and friendly. We were particularly grateful to Tommy for granting us an early check in after a tiring night flight. We paid for breakfast on the first morning and we found the food to be fresh and tasty and with a good variety. We also used the large jacuzzi in Holmes Place which has easy access ( and free entry for hotel guests) from the hotel. It shuts at 10pm Sun- Thursday. We would recommend this hotel and would return.

We visit Israel regularly and have stayed at this hotel about 10 times. Our present stay was for 9 nights. I am gold member of IHG and therefore asked upon arrival whether an upgrade from a three-guest room to two double ones was possible, either using points or money. The two gentlemen at the reception looked puzzled and replied with flat no, then thought their manager may provide another answer. He didn’t. We were also told we would be contacted by someone from hotel’s public relations team. We weren’t. This was nicely complemented when we checked out. We tried to get our receipt the evening before, since we were scheduled to leave early in the morning. The young woman there told us it was impossible to get the receipt before actually leaving, certainly a first for us. In the morning we were told that the computer was not available and that the receipt will be sent to us within 30 minutes. It wasn’t. In general service at the reception was unpleasant and unprofessional, the worst we’ve experience at any hotel for many years.

The room was nice and spacious, but the A/C was noisy beyond anything we ever experienced, but we chose not to complain due to our negative impression of the reception staff. There was no fridge (we were told there were none in the rooms, as the hotel terminated an agreement with no alternative, amazingly enough). The double bed was good, the third bed much less so. We had a daily battle to get three sets of towels and enough toilet paper, no learning curve here.

There is no worse time to visit Israel than Passover week. Religious constraints guarantee that at this hotel, as in the majority of others, you will not be able to get espresso coffee or fresh pressed juice on the Sabbath or on holidays (3 of 8 breakfasts during our visit). Additionally, you will be forced to eat tasteless bread replacements. Even the day after Passover was not early enough for the hotel to get decent bread, so we needed to suffer an extra day. To top this, the rest of the food was abysmal – tired salads, poor quality fruit, terrible desserts. Any resemblance to a 5-star hotel is purely coincidental.

Our general impression from this stay is that we got far too little for the substantial amount of money we paid and zero acknowledgement of the fact that we are regular customers of Crowne Plaza in general and this hotel is particular. Not a recommended place to stay at its present form.

Centrally located. In azrieli mall, train station and near sarona. Beautiful modern room with spa shower, bathtub, and very comfortable beds. Recognition to ihg platinum status. Heads up to check in desk and bartender that served the perfect expresso martini. Niece had a broken arm and staff took special care to plastic wrap her arm so she could bathe. Highly recommended, will plan on returning on next trip.

As an IHG platinum elite, I was upgraded on myth stays to an executive level room which was nice. The rooms met the necessary requirements: clean bathroom and comfortable bed. Location is in the middle of central Tel Aviv so location is great. This hotel is located above the area where the Kaplan protests occur, so at this particular time it can be a bit noisy at night. The hotel also houses refugees from northern and southern Israel at the moment so there is quite a bit of activity.
A drawback for us is the window between the bathroom and bedroom but I’ve experience it before. There are electronically controlled blinds that are designed easy to close. All in all, a solid
Hotel, with great location and clean

I spent my last night in Israel here (the previous week at the Waldorf Astoria in Jerusalem) because I had multiple meetings in the center of the country and a very late flight out in the evening. I wanted to easily and quickly get to my meetings and to Ben Gurion. The Crowne Plaza was perfect for what I needed and the service and decor was even better than I expected. Even though they were fully booked the night of my departure, they graciously offered me a 2PM checkout, which was very helpful to me. Since it is attached to the massive Azrieli mall I was able to easily access taxis, restaurants and the train station without having to go out in the cold. Also people that were driving in to meet me had convenient and affordable parking (they hotel validates parking for their guests). I highly recommend this hotel if you want to be in Tel Aviv, with a perfect location, nice rooms and great service!

Although I am a Marriott Bonvoy platinum member, we decided not to stay at a Marriott hotel as they were by the beach and wanted to stay in the city.

We are really pleased we chose the Crowne Plaza City Centre as the room was comfortable and the staff were friendly.

We had a couple of minor problems which were dealt with immediately. One was with the shower door which they sorted out within 5 mins and the second with the mini-bar fridge which was replaced within 10 minutes.

All in all, we were very pleased and considering how expensive hotels in Tel Aviv are, we thought the Crowne Plaza provided excellent value for money.

After a rather negative experience with Marriott and such a positive experience with the Crowne Plaza, I think I will definitely be looking more at staying at IHG hotels.

I just take a cab from the airport. Its a fixed fee (there is an attendant that will tell you what the fee is BEFORE you get in the cab). Just know that many cab drivers will want cash - as they will claim their credit card machine doesn't work. This can be really annoying if you aren't prepared for it - what I do is simply ask them if I can pay by CC. If when I get to the hotel they say, CC machine doesn't work, then I say "Ok....I'll have to check in and exchange money...you'll have to wait" - often the CC machine starts working again!
