We have loved our stay at the Poli House. Prime location and a beautiful rooftop pool with great menu and food options. Staff are welcoming and helpful . Rooms are clean and spacious. Ask for a quiet room that faces the courtyard rather than Allenby. Gluten free options by the pool aswell.
I stayed at the Poli House last week. It can be best described as lipstick on a pig. A stay at the Poli House comes with a lot of fun and excitement. For example, you might be sleeping and a fun guest will enter unannounced. You'll think you're dying and then see the blood stains on the curtain and wonder what happened in room 219. I think Olga, the manager, is keeping secrets. Another exciting thing at the Poli House is that you'll be quoted a price for the night and then the price on your credit card will be totally different. What fun! The Poli House breaks up the monotony of your week with these fun riddles and games. If you've ever seen the Alfred Hitchcock movie, The Birds, that is exactly what the pool at the Poli House is like. The birds dive bomb into the water as guests scream in horror. These birds also eat the food ordered by the guests as they lay by the pool. Do you like your Margarita imbued with bird droppings? No. Now you do. In the days that I've stayed at the Poli House the birds became stronger due to excessive caloric intake. In fact, one of the birds snatched an infant out of his mother's arms and carried the baby in its talons to Jaffa. We all screamed except for a man beside me who was very calm about the whole thing and simply said "That's the Poli House for ya". When I say that dreams die at the Poli House, I mean it. I met a woman who was 4 weeks away from becoming an astronaut but then she stayed at the Poli House. I've lost all hope and meaning. I was a dreamer before I stayed at the Poli house. Overall it's a great hotel. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟…
Room was small, but wasn't planning on spending a lot of time in room. The location was ideal, as I wanted to shop at Nachalat Binyamin before Shabbat and it was right outside the door. Easy to get to other areas. Loved the service at the pool.. Staff was super. Only thing I would recomend is somewhere to hang towels.
stayed here for one night and had an amazing stay. we were greeted with a drink and we’re able to leave our luggage before check in and go to the beach. upon return our luggage was in our room along with an amazing fruit platter, complementary ouzo and chocolates. the room had all amenities needed and the staff were so so lovely! special mentions to yoni, maxim, tamar and michaela for making the stay so pleasurable!
The Poli House understands hospitality. The warmth from the staff made the Poli House feel like home. Thoroughly enjoyed the rooftop bar and pool and the room and bed were very comfortable. Will be back.
Excellent location in the middle of Bauhaus architecture of Tel Aviv keeping this style itself. Fully supportive personell. Rooms are slightly more fancy than practical (eg. not enough hooks for towels), but not a big issue. Rooftop pool fantastic. Having in mind that TLV is most expensive city, the price is OK.
The hotel is super modern to the hotels I’ve stayed at in TLV. They advertise there is a gym but in reality the gym is a few blocks away in a partner hotel. I paid for breakfast but this also was not in the hotel…they supply vouchers for a few restaurants close…which was sort of nice because you get a better neighbors feel. If you like quiet ask for a room NOT overlooking Allenby. I had a room overlooking that street and it is loud but I enjoyed opening the window and seeing the day to day of locals.
My time at the poly house was more than exceptional. Tamar and michaela were so amazing and Alex made sure that I got to my taxi and help me with all of my luggage when I left. The rooms are so nice and 100% worth the money the pool is really fun and the bars drink especially the only fans is amazing. 10/10
My mom and I stayed here for our last night in Israel after 8 days here and in Jordan. Unique and modern interior, comfortable room, nice staff. Great rooftop pool and bar with plenty of seating options, sun and shade. Great location, next to Carmel market and lots of charming bars and restaurants, 10 minutes walk from the beach. Does need a paint job, some things are a bit crumbling/ worse for wear. Overall good experience.
the service was inspiring. the room was super clean and cool. prime location right above the carmel market- tel aviv's biggest market- 12 minutes walk from the beach,10 minutes from 2 graet shopping malls with local and international brands.the best roof-bar in tel aviv. super nice stuff members & talented chef. full time coctails supply around the roof pool infront romantic sunsets ! best vacation ever
