This is a very nice hotel , but unreliable. We arrived after travel very tired. The person at the desk immediately said you need to take a seat. I figured different country different ways. The manager comes over offering a drink. I thought how nice. Then she proceeds to say they don't have a room for us. Luckily I had reserved two rooms. This hotel was a stop to take a break from each other. That didn't exactly work out. After much discussion we still had one room by sheer luck. She said they had a large tour group they gave our room to. We did have a large room in the end. They kept money for both rooms and gave us the one. I felt best to say nothing. We needed a room. She offered us another hotel. I wasn't comfortable with that. I didn't know my way around and this one was a great location. We stayed. Nice hotel, but not sure about the giving away the room. They also require money up front. if you book here be prepared for what may happen…

Amazing hotel. Great location, professional and polite service. The breakfast is absolutely delicious with a wide range of food. My wife and I will absolutely come again to this awesome hotel. Thanks. מלון מצויין. מיקום מעולה. ארוחת בוקר מצויינת 👍🔝
We are US citizens and in early January 2020 had planned a trip to Israel for this October but were recently informed our Air France flight was cancelled with no alternate options. On Expedia we had reserved a room at this hotel during our time in Jerusalem. Due to covid restrictions on US travelers we are trying to cancel or at least postpone our hotel stay but can’t even get anyone on the phone when we call. Expedia reports I must deal with this directly with the hotel. I have tried to contact them directly and through Expedia to no avail. Are they open?
I stayed here for 2 nights at the end of January with my other half. We loved the hotel. It is centrally located just a few minutes’ walk from Jaffa Street tram station. There are a few casual places to eat nearby but I recommend taking the tram to the Machane Yehuda area where there is a plethora of bars, cafes and restaurants to suit all tastebuds and budgets. Our bedroom was spacious and luxuriously appointed, including a coffee machine and a small fridge. The shower was huge! The heated indoor swimming pool was great and long enough to swim some lengths. We also used the sauna and steam rooms. There is a nice bar in the lobby area which offers a reasonable selection of beers, wines and spirits. We had a couple of glasses of Israeli wine which were lovely and not outrageously priced. We found the reception staff to be really helpful. They arranged for a taxi to collect us very early in the morning to drive us to the airport and they prepared us a boxed breakfast so we didn’t miss out. The buffet breakfast is amazing with an overwhelming selection of food and drink and great views. This really is an excellent hotel and we would definitely stay again.…
