We went to this hotel two families together, first of all this is not a 4 stars hotel , at the top 3 stars. The smell in the rooms were horrible, the carpets dirty. The extra bad for 2 children's were very small even for one kid.the bathroom very small and old. The breakfast was poor . Very very bad...

When me and my group arrived in this hotel, despite realizing it was far from everything (really isolated) and looking old and dated, we hoped it was going to be a nice experience. We tried out best to ignore some problems but after staying a week that was not possible. The rooms and aisles have a mildew smell that they...

The hotel is a four star one, it was probably built in the Eighties and it didn't go through major renovations. The room was clean enough, with the bath products and a spectacular view over the city. The staff is nice. The breakfast is amazing, you have all you can expect in Israel. There is a free parking lot. The...

I come here sometime and of course know the good and bad side of the package. Slow lift system is one of the bad things they can't fix .Everytime a bit of more people around you wait a lot to get the lift to your room or out . All the rest is acceptable although a bit too old and...

At the front you will meet nice mangers but at the restaurant you will meet the unkind workers quarreling among themselves during serving food. They are taunting Asian and kind to the western. If you are Asian, consider again to book this hotel.

I stayed for 3 nights with my family. The location is a bit far from downtown. The breakfast was plentiful and tasty. I booked this hotel online, I will be pleased with the service. I plan on staying again.

Very small room, dirty. The hotel was full (overcrowded) with young students. Noisy, All the services collapsed, included dining room, laundry. Elevators are very small and slow. Rude personal, specially in the dining room. Friday eve everything was full, noisy and dirty.

I stayed again in this hotel for a night, and I was pleased by the helpfulness of the staff, the delicious breakfast and the spacious room. It is not a new hotel, some facilities are bit outdated, but the staff is very helpful and it is a good choice for people who want to visit places at the (South)West part...

I find the hotel to be good and service staff quite friendly. There was a lot of European travelers and luckily they were the older bunch so it was pretty quiet. The Pool closed early and I think it may be seasonal too?.. We managed to get free wifi as part of the package from the tour company and the...
