Very good hotel. Came as part of a large tour group & this hotel caters to tourist groups. As a plus, they have a doctor who makes room calls at the property. Need to improve: -ATM didn't take Master Card debit cards -Wish they had more of a wine selection at the bar.

I was with a group of 42 that stayed here five nights, and really enjoyed the hotel. The location is perfect, about a ten minute walk from the Damascus Gate. The staff is very kind and helpful. The food at breakfast and dinner is good and plentiful. There is also a "lobby menu" that one can order from, especially at...

I was part of a group traveling in the Holy Land. We stayed at the hotel for five nights. It is one of those hotels that caters to large groups. Not as grand as I thought it would have been. Food is abundant (especially on Friday evening) but then it is really dull on a Saturday evening. I know it's...

We went to Jerusalem on a pilgrimage. We stayed at this hotel. It is about a 20 minute walk from Jaffa Gate. It has good access to the train line. The room was comfortable and quiet. However, I am glad I brought my Clorox wipes as it was not very clean. There was so much grime on top of the...

I was part of a group traveling in the Holy Land. We stayed at the hotel for five nights. It is one of those hotels that caters to large groups. There were 25 buses parked out in front one morning. As a group Hotel, it was overall adequate. The rooms are actually quite nice. The bar however to the different...

The Grand Court Hotel in East Jerusalem is a good place to stay if you don't want to break the budget. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet is average and offers a wide range of food. The staff was competent though at times it felt that it was understaffed at the reception. It's practically located within walking...

The location is not so convenient for the people who wants to stay late in the old city. 20mins at least walking distance. The hotel is large but only one entrance. The food is also soso except the desserts. 2 stops to the new city by light train. It's not far away from the hotel.

The Grand Court was a modern, clean , comfortable hotel. It was a short taxi ride to the Old City but there was a light rail station close by. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room size was adequate but a bit cramped for 3 people. The food was served fresh and with a great selection to offer something...

I stayed here for 5 nights on a tour of Jerusalem and it was clean and comfortable. We had a buffet breakfast and dinner daily with lots of fresh choices. There was something for everyone and kosher foods also especially on the sabbath. There was a gift shop in the lobby which had a nice selection of souvenirs and essentials...

One of three modern hotels in a row in east Jerusalem. You are a short distance from the old city and the hotel has modern rooms with excellent buffet breakfast and dinners. The hotel gym is small and the equipment is basic and, at times, broken.
