Warm welcome, quiet room where everything was spacious, clean and in perfect working order. Very comfortable bed in a one bedroom suite. Pleasant staff. No fancy lobby or other useless frills. Just a great place to stay. Close to everything. Forget about driving or parking in downtown Jerusalem. This is a city for walking. The light rail is also handy....

Cooking facilities weren't provided as they advertised. The fridge is rather tiny. This property should have been advertised as "a hotel without breakfast". We stayed on 7th floor however car's horning nosises came from a narrow lane in front of property prevented from good night sleeps. Currently, converting Rooftop to rooms extension works are going on and no-one tell you...

This is more a residence than a hotel, but this is clearly explained on Hilel's own website. There is no restaurant and there is no lounges, bars or other hotel style amenities. It's a building that you go into, to have your own private room or suite with your own en-suite. Only a hostel would give you cheaper cost but...

I stayed at Hillel 11 for 3 nights during my trip to Jerusalem to run the Jerusalem Marathon. The reason I booked this hotel was the reviews and the location. The location was great. Its just a short walk to all the main attractions in Jerusalem and there are plenty of restaurants and shops just outside the door. However the...

It is reasonably priced and conveniently located closed to the Old City (Jaffa gate is a 10' walk). This is a 3 stars hotel that requires some maintenance (broken tiles, needs to repainted etc), in order to become more attractive to travelers...

Good: Location in walking distance to the Old City and Mahane Yehuda Market. Proximity to the Jaffa Center city-train station. Not that good: The room keys are pretty old fashioned. Opening/Closing the room door was somewhat inconvenient. Location: Central location in proximity to King George V and Jaffa crossroads. Walking distance to the Old City, Mahane Yehuda Market (Nightlife), Mea...

At first, we we're given a room that i was not happy because of a smell. Laffy, the front desk on duty, did everything to reverse the inconvenience. He upgraded our room to a suite! Asked what we needed and provided us little things we needed everytime he is on duty. He also provided and suggested tours for us for...
