This is the hotel where you want to stay if you visit Jerusalem, they were all super professional and they have come to meet all my needs, also during saturday. Sevana, you were the best. Thank you for everything.
Great location. Great attitude of the stuff. Great room !!! Free wine and happy hour. Location - location - location !!! In the center but vdry quite inside the hotel. In walking distance to all the center
First four days in Israel stayed in an Atlas hotel in Tel Aviv (the Yam). Such a great experience booked for second Atlas hotel in Jerusalem - the Arthur. Great hotel -- great location right near the train line and 15 minutes walk to Jaffa gate. Great breakfast buffet and the happy hour was a treat. Our room was really nice -- but what made the hotel stand out was the staff - Sevanna and Noor in particular made us feel at home --
This is a nice hotel in a good location. Many historical locations are nearby, with many eateries and places to shop. The hotel staff are very friendly. They have breakfast and brunch in the afternoon included for the hotel guests. The rooms are a little small, but adequate. Highly recommended.
Excellent hotel with very friendly and warm staff, have been personally welcomed by the manager Ayala, whom is always around ensuring that all is to our full satisfaction. Clean and elegant rooms, with a good breakfast and surprising “happy hour“ buffet each evening. We enjoyed our stay and definitely recommend this hotel, which is also in an excellent location. It is our preferred hotel when visiting Jerusalem.
One of the best choices in Jerusalem. 100% recommended. Clean, elegant, centric location and really good service. Big thanks to Sevana and Alek for their daily support. You are great! I will repeat with no doubt.
The staff was so wonderful. They accommodated my requests properly. They gave me a cozy room with a Bathtub as I requested in advance. The location was so good. at the center of the Jerusalem new town and close to old town. However, the room was not cleaned properly, a lot of hair remained in the bathtub, dust on the carpet and table. The door at the entrance of the hotel was a litte broken, it was hard to close properly.
Nice hotel with small but well equipped rooms. Clean and maintained. Great location , in the mid between Machne market and old city. The staff is nice and helpful , and there is also a parking near by with parking agreement. Welcome water , few sweets and fruits in the room which is great ! Things to improve : Breakfast - although it has a good verity , the taste is very simple , the coffee is bad (not sure why don you use espresso machine like you have in the rooms which is great !) , salmon fish is gummy (not best quality), the pastry were dry and cold (there are so many great bakeries around you , can you get a fresh pastry ?) The happy hour (which is nice idea !) also can be better in terms of food quality... WiFi - sucks !! we are in 2023 , fiber is everywhere , and hotels WiFi is hardly working (forget about streaming ...)…
This is a most charming, comfortable, and hospitable hotel. Its small size = no large tour groups. Super location. The breakfasts and happy hours were delicious and beautifully presented. I found the staff to be pleasant and accommodating. I would give a 5-star review but for the street noise as well as the demolition/construction noise next door. BUT if you are up and out sightseeing for the day even this isn't a big deal.
What a lovely experience at your classy hotel we enjoyed! The location is superbly central amid a bustling neighborhood and near the Jaffa Center light rail. The hotel is quiet and beautifully decorated in the Ottoman style with some clear reminders of the year as under the British Mandate . We had a splendid room with a terrace on a high floor. A wonderfully comfortable bed and good shower too. The Happy Hours (2 hours) on the first night of Hannukah was beautiful and tasty. And the breakfast gave us many wonderful choices both Israeli and Western. The staff was friendly and most helpful especially Mahmoud and Selvira. The staff also recognized my birthday with fruit, nuts, and cake. We also liked the service that included a fun golf cart ride through the streets to meet our cab driver. I highly recommend this sweet hotel and would return.…
