My wife and I stayed here with a group but this will definately be our regular Jerusalem home for future visits. This Guest house has the authenitic feel you are looking for as a piligrim visting the Holy Land, not flash but comfortable and full of atmosphere. In 5 minutes ( walking) you will be in the main shopping district...

We were on pilgrimage in May 2007 from Grace Episcopal Cathedral, SF. My husband and I thought the choice of The Rosary Sisters Guest House was excellent. Daily Mass, delicious ample meals, gracious hospitality of all the sisters made our experience all the more enjoyable. The room was huge with very high ceilings, comfortable beds and very clean. We felt...

We were greeted by the friendly and always smiley sisters upon arrival. Meals come with a hearty soup served by the sisters. There were homemade plum and grape jams for breakfast, I even bought a bottle of jam to bring home. Our room comes with all the basic needs and is spacious too. There is a beautiful chapel where we...

We spent the last 4 days of our pilgrimmage in this place. Felt very comfortable and relaxed like staying in a friend's place even the building is over 100 years old, Pros The place is walking distance to the Jaffa gate of Old Jerusalem. Nice garden. Ground Floor Rooms with firm beds and large windows. Dinner was very good. Access...

Most people who stay here are perhaps religiously motivated and don't care for what they are getting, which explains high average rating. Looking at it objectively, this is not at all a good value for $130/night charge. My biggest complaint: WiFi is only in reception area, none in the rooms, which means you can't get any work done here. Each...

Location is walking distance to the Old City and to the shopping district. I did not expect much having read previous reviews which I can echo as honest reviews. It's exactly what we experienced. We came at a time when there was a big group that was booked for some days. The lady in charge of the kitchen was simply...

The convent is located in a very nice neighbourhood of new city Jerusalem. We walked passed classy hotels and boulevards. The moment we stepped into the main gates and saw the beautiful facade of the convent, we were amazed. We were greeted by two very sweet sisters who run the guesthouse, and were shown to our room. Our amazement was...

Walking distance to the old city. Reasonably priced... we came here with a large group and they were more than accommodating. There was free parking and it felt very safe. It was quite cold while we were there and the heater in the rooms worked wonderfully! The beds were comfortable and the showers were hot (though had pretty low water...

Conveniently located a 10-15 minute walk to the Old City, the Rosary Convent is a nice place to stay. While not inexpensive, it is relative to other prices in the area. A nice breakfast is included in the price. There is good WiFi in the reception area and it was fine in our first floor room, but I understand it's...

This unique, well-maintained, hotel/guest house/church serves your soul in a setting of safety, quiet and calmness. Sister Pascal works like a concerned owner and is readily available for any advice. Mother Marie-Alphonsine was the founder of the Congregation of the Rosary and was Beatified by the Catholic Church in a recent ceremony in Nazareth. Their work is centered in Arab...
