The Notre Dame Center was a beautiful hotel with exceptional staff, very good buffet, and perfect location directly across the street from the New Gate entrance to the Old City. Safe, very clean, well appointed and has free wi-fi.

Experience the castle-esque granduer of the Notre Dame Pontifical Institute, offering the spiritual ambiance of a 19th Century monastery coupled by the luxury of a middle eastern palace in the epicenter of Jerusalem. It is directly across from the entrance to the old city, and walking distance to the Holy Sepulchre, Via Dolorosa, etc. You will not find a more...

On our tour of the Old city we walked out of one gate and into the Noter Dame Guest House for our group lunch. A very nice buffet was set up in one of the eating areas. The staff came quickly with a drink cart and the group was impressed with the quality of the food. It is a nice...

Wonderful, wonderful. Thank you. Every time I stay there, always a great experience. Food great, service great, staff so helpful. Location perfect. Arguably the price is slightly high, but well worth it. Stay there, you won't regret it, promise. All my people who have stayed there cannot praise it enough.

This hotel is opposite from New Gate, the gate closest to the Christian Quarter of the Old City of Jerusalem. It is a pleasant hotel, with stone walls throughout, pleasant staff, and a few restaurants. The hotel is owned by the Vatican, which explains the high number of Catholic guests, lay and religious. However, it is not off-putting in any way...

Excellent place to explore Old Town Jerusalem. It is located just outside New Gate, Christian Quarter. The hotel has 3 restaurants (wine and cheese bar upstairs has a great view of Old Town)and very pleasant and peaceful atmosphere. This is a whole complex. We even attended Christmas Concert there with the locals from around town. We felt so welcomed and...

My son and I spent two nights here. Selected so we can walk to the Old City, etc. Helpful host at front desk. We felt as though we "had a friend". Decent Buffett breakfast. Hint: ask for real coffee. Our balcony Room was quite nice. Loved sitting on the balcony enjoying the evening. Our room had two twin beds -...

The rooms in this hotel are described as "modest" but from an American standard they are almost bare. But considering I only spend time sleeping and showering in my room while on vacation I didn't mind. The location of this hotel is terrific, about 10 minute walk to Ben yahuda street, Jaffa gate, Damascus gate, and church of holy sepulcher....

A great guest house , beautiful building, great location , great view , the roof cheese and wine restaurant is great. Breakfast is a bit poor. Needs to be improved. For a guest house , the price is high, expensive stay , so you expect to have an appropriate breakfast , variety of things to choose. There is also a...
