This is a hotel where the art of hospitality is properly practiced. The staff are polite and helpful, the rooms are reasonably good, and being inside the old city is a big plus. Breakfast is good, and dinner above average. I noticed there are more than one cooks, so you get a great variety if you sample their buffet for...

We stayed here as part of a 30 person group coming from Seattle, and through a study tour with Jerusalem University College. First off-it's all about LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION. This place rocks because it is INSIDE Old City Jerusalem, and in the Christian Qtr, just inside Jaffa Gate. You can easily step outside and explore the quaint surrounding streets --particularly...

We have stayed here multiple times. It is great being inside the old city. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The food is great. The rooms are clean and housekeeping staff is quick. We would definitely stay here again.

This was our last stop on our tour of Israel. What a wonderful way to end our tour. Not only was everyone so friendly and accommodating, the hotel was so beautiful and clean. The chef prepared delicious food and the service was excellent. Because we were inside the city walls, we were able to walk and explore the city. I...

Spent the last 5 nights of our 10 day trip at the Gloria and it was fantastic. The staff went above and beyond to meet all of our needs. Room was clean and comfortable. Location for getting around old town Jerusalem and the shops was the best. I will, stay here again if I ever go back tomJerusalem.

This was the last hotel we as a group stayed while touring the city of Jerusalem for 6 days. Not only was it a beautiful, clean place, but the service was fabulous and the food was superb. I would highly recommend this hotel Gloria if one chooses to go to Jerusalem. Everything was within walking distance for those who want...

This hotel has much to commend it---old world charm and character, great location in the Old City, a stone's throw from the Jaffa Gate, and an all-around attentive and responsive staff. We were here as part of a 35-member study-tour of Israel for five nights, and our opinion was pretty much unanimous: the Gloria Hotel did much to enhance our...

We stayed here on a pilgrimage to Jerusalem. It is one of the few hotels inside the city walls, and was an excellent base for exploring the Old City. While not fancy, the room was comfortable and the buffet meals were very good. Would definitely stay here again.

The Gloria Hotel and Knights Palace hotels are both in the same area of the Old City and owned by the same family. I have had groups stay at both hotels. They are clean, well-appointed, have wonderful breakfasts and dinners and the staff is always helpful. Each has a lot of character. We have used their meeting rooms and services...
