I recently spent 3 nights at the Jerusalem gardens hotel on a business trip. My hotel room was looking very old with a frayed carpet, chipped furniture and tiles in the bathroom that need replacing. The hotel staff are very rude especially in the breakfast room and the cleaning staff that push into the lifts and act rowdy and inconsiderate...

I have now stayed at this hotel 5 times because of the location. I had also previously only given it 2 stars from one stay because I ended up with a room that had several issues. Well, let me correct that previous review with one of much higher praise. The hotel staff was very helpful, the breakfast was wonderful, the...

We always stay at the Jerusalem Gardens Hotel & Spa when we go to israel. First of all is very ressonably priced, has clean rooms and a very courteous staff. Second they have a wonderful breakfast plan where you find scrumptious fresh food, cheeses, fruits and vegetables every morning of your stay and delicious coffee! Third the hotel is so...

This hotel is located a little away from attractions but is close to the Jerusalem light rail which runs through the city and can take you just about anywhere for about 6.40 NiS, so it's fairly cheap. The hotel itself is ok. Has a great breakfast offering, not typically American but Mediterranean. We loved it for the large variety. The...

I particularly liked the reception staff. They helped to answer any questions I had about the hotel, the city, and the transportation system. The rooms were always well maintained and if something needed attention, (ex) housekeeping or maintainance , it was handled in a timely and efficient manner. The hotel is located in a very accommodating location near the buses...

An okay hotel. Noisy and far away from the Old City, which was contrary to the information on the website f the hotel. Parkingspace of the hotel is very limited and other places have to be bought. You have to carry your luggage yourself, no help, and upon the stairs.
