My room was minuscule, more a monk's cell than a hotel room. Single here means a bed the size of a cot with a lumpy mattress. The only good thing about the room was the plumbing, which is new. It is also very noisy unless you can get a room up high and away from the street.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in for many reasons. There was only instant coffee in the breakfast room. The coffee machine was broken the 4 days we were there. No effort to repair as far as I could see. The mattresses and pillows were terrible...old, creaking, small, short, lumpy. Pillows were lumpy. Rooms had no hospitality...

We ended up here by a default. The Hotel in which we had stayed previously couldn't take us again. After being in a nice modern bright Hotel, the overwhelming brown of this Hotel was somewhat oppressive and the room was minuscule . Too bad, that's where we were. The position is fairly central, the breakfast average. What makes this Hotel...

A hotel needs at least a good bed, Internet and hot water. This hotel only had a quite warm shower. The meals were worse than horrible. I won't come back again. Really overpriced for the poor level it offers.

The hotel is a good option if you're on a budget, VERY well located (5 mins walk from David's Gate) and surrounded by bars and fast-food options open till late. Nonentheless, rooms haven't seen a good clean-up in years. Look at the pictures. On the bright side: staff was super attentive.

Hotel location is convenient, the clerk is friend. Provide w Wifi, signal is poor. Provide w hair dryer, burly no Kettle. Provide w shampoo, shower gel. The biggest issue I have w this hotel is, there is bed bud on the bed. Two out of three nights I stay there, I was bite by the bed bud.

We stayed here for 4 days and 5 nights. The hotel is in a great location. Walking distance to the Old City. It was close to bars, restaurants, and even a market across the street where we got bottled water for our day trips. The most disappointing part of our stay here, was the front desk staff were not very...

I stayed here before a conference because I wanted to see Jerusalem. We dropped our bags behind the desk when we arrived, and our rooms were ready an hour early at 1 which was appreciated. The room was small but functional, with a great bed, adequately sized desk, and nice bathroom which was clean. The AC is powerful and you...

Booking this place, turn down your expectation. The hotel has a good, practical location. Only 5-10 min walk from the Jaffa gate. 30min from Central bus station and bazar. During the night time there are a lot of activities around the hotel. Nice bar, restaurants are open even in shabbat or holy days. So you will be not hungry or...

When I needed a hotel room for a couple of nights and choices were few because of a holiday, I ended up here and I couldn't wait to leave. The best thing I can say about it is that it is centrally located and convenient. Also, being on Hillel Street, if you need someplace to eat on the Sabbath, there...
