The hotel services and amenities are nice. Pity there was a renovation going on and the lobby was closed off making it difficult to rest and unwind there. The service was very good and the breakfast was plentiful.

Excellent location - right next to King David hotel. Rooms are nice and breakfast excellent. Staff is efficient - was grateful to be checked-in on Saturday despite the Shabbat and be offered to join fir breakfast.

Very good breakfast and very kind and helpful personnel. Towels and sheets had a bad smell, face mirror only in the bathroom not in the room (uncomfortable for triple room). Generally it was too pricey as compared to the amenities

This is the perfect locations to walk to see the sites of Jerusalem. The breakfast in the morning was great, and there was always food in the lobby to snack on. The room was very simple, and adequate.

Good location with proximity to the old town as well as Ben Yehuda Street and Machane Yehudah Market. Good that the room has hardwood floors specifically for people who are alergiska. The breakfast was completely OK. A bit short on parking in the hotel's own parking lot ... But there is plenty of parking nearby. Can definitely see myself coming...

Old hotel in the center. Delicious breakfast.A small room. Thin walls. You hear voices from the adjacent rooms.I asked for a few days before two packed breakfasts. I got only one very small one.I got a bottle of wine as compensation. Not worth the price. And of course I will not come back again.

Staff very friendly and helpful. We would like to come again. Hotel very good situated, i.e. quite in the centre of the city of Jerusalem. So most destinations in the city can be reached by foot. Except in the Hotel: Car parking a Little bit problematic, very narrow.
