Best service i ever experienced in Israel, all staff were very helpful and kind. The hotel is beutifull and cozy, i loved the bar and the lobby decoration The bad is not so comfortable and is impossible having shower without having the floor completely wet
We had booked an Airbnb apartment and were so greatly disappointed we decided to check early out and book into a hotel instead. We booked a room in this hotel for the remainder of our stay. We were welcomed by the very lovely Avrham who helped us to park our car - he was there every day when we returned from sight seeing and he has such a warm and gently personality. Parking was not a problem at all although the hotel was quiet during our stay. Bashar checked us in and treated us like royalty. He gave us a room upgrade and for my birthday a voucher to have breakfast. He was very friendly and welcoming each time we returned. When we departed, he gave us some take away coffees for the journey. He was lovely. Our room was fabulous withan amazing views over the Mount of Olives and the Old City. The bed was lovely and the shower amazing. It was cleaned to a high standard each day. We ate in the restaurant just once as we were out travelling most days. The food was lovely - massive portions so be careful when you order! This hotel is wonderfully located and takes just 15 minutes to walk to the Old City. Bashar directed us to the old railway station 5 minutes walk away that has been converted into a complex with restaurants, cafes and even a luxury supermarket. The Italian restaurant is good. There is a McDonalds close by in the cinema complex. I can't recommend this hotel highly enough - you will be looked after very well by Bashar and the team. Thank you for saving our holiday!…
Our whole stay was very enjoyable. The whole staff was very friendly. Rachel was wonderful at taking care of our needs and answering questions. Alaa made sure our group had what we needed. The rooms were always serviced and clean. Would definitely recommend Dans Boutique to travelers.
We stayed four nights at the Dan Boutique with an adjoining room for our teenagers. The staff is friendly. It's well-located and the breakfast is good. However, I would not stay there again. Our room faced the main road and it was very noisy, which may have been due to a broken window that was fixed temporarily. I could not sleep well due to that noise. The air pumped in by the air conditioner and heater was foul smelling. It took several days until we discovered the source of the smell. Our keys worked intermittently. Based upon our rooms, you should not expect any sort of luxury. It felt very budget oriented.
My group spent 6 nights at the Dan boutique. It felt like home. The staff are a very atentive and friendly. They made sure we were all comfortable. I would like to especially mention Ms. Vega, the front desk manager and Ahamad who helped us with every step of the way. I would mention the rest of the staff at the breakfast and front desk. We received excellent service from the entire staff. I highly recommend this hotel.
Extremely overpriced hotel , you won’t get your money’s worth. The rooms, although clean are mediocre and the staff are extremely unfriendly borderline disrespectful. The only thing noteworthy is it’s location as it is near the heart of Jerusalem
Nice hotel and great location. Very close to the First Station, Kahn Theater, Begin Center and the Jerusalem Cinematheque. Within walking distance to the Kotel. Good public transportation nearby. Comfortable accommodations and good breakfast options. About 350 meters from an Ashkenazi Bet Knesset in Abu Tor. Limited parking available, but need to manage steps to get to the lobby. Will be returning.
Perfect hotel! Congrats for the deputy manager Alaa Nakhleh, a great man an profesionist! Congrats for all team! 5 stars for this hotel! We will be back for sure! We enjoy the experience in this hotel. All staff was very helpful and willing to help us with everything and also the Cooking manager Myke. We were staying in a suite.
We enjoi the experience especially due to the deputity manager of reception Alaa Nakhleh who was very helpful and willing to help us with everything and also the Cooking manager Myke who arrange a nice suprice for my husband birthday. We were staying in a suite.
The staff was friendly & professional staff. Rooms and public areas were clean. The rooms are well appointed with amenities. Great location, close to the old city and center. We had a lovely stay over the weekend and definitely would recommend to friends and colleagues.
